I've used Personal Touch for the Past 6 years for all of my special events and I have never been dissatisfied!! The food is always fresh, the customer service is superb, and the delivery men are always professional! Personal Touch is definitely the way to go for any event!!!
My company hired Personal Touch to cater our open house event. We needed breakfast served for a spectrum of attendees from our members, business owners, and ambassadors representing different high profile companies in the North Jersey area.

Personal Touch was very compliant and quick to adapt of our building's protocols (and our requests) when planning the event. John offered solutions to every issue we encountered and worked diligently with everyone involved to the end of the event.

By far the best catering experience we have ever had. We made a large party for 300 guests, requested a very unique experienced with European inspired cuisine & John, Nick, Edgar and their whole team went above and beyond with research and also in-person training to learn the flavors and recipes of the entire menu. They perfected everything and the food that night was the most memorable part of the evening. Their level of communication was also above the standard and the attention to detail was outstanding. My company recently held a series of events (two lunches, two evening cocktail events) with Personal Touch Experience to unveil our new showroom space in NYC. Building up to the event, the Personal Touch team was totally and completely accommodating. They simply could not have been more professional to deal with regarding all aspects of our event. They dove in to the project with unbounded enthusiasm and brought some really great ideas to the table. Working with my event management firm, they designed a menu which was wholly befitting of our audience (designers, architects, etc.). Taking our event flow into mind, they actually conceived of different stations which expertly extended to space and ensured that traffic steadily flowed to all parts of the showroom as opposed to having folks congregating around one or two stations. When it came to the day of the events, the Personal Touch team was passionate and laser-focused on ensuring our event attendees had amazing food and top-notch service as they toured and enjoyed the space. The Personal Touch team was outstandingly professional and accommodating at every turn. Example 1: One of our guests requested a specific brand of liquor and a member of team went out and got it especially for them. Example 2: A coworker asked if one of the items being butlered was available: that and more was promptly brought to where they were standing just a few short moments later. The amazing presentation, quality of personalized service and all-around wonderful food was all that we could have asked for and more. Based off of this experience, we don t plan on calling anyone else for our catering needs for an event such as this and you shouldn t either.
