My company hired Personal Touch to cater our open house event. We needed breakfast served for a spectrum of attendees from our members, business owners, and ambassadors representing different high profile companies in the North Jersey area.
I speak not as an employee of my company but as an individual completely enamored by the unprecedented professionalism John Policastro and his team (namely Luis and Chef Pedro) displays. From the event's planning to execution, everything was done with such care from his team.
Personal Touch was very compliant and quick to adapt of our building's protocols (and our requests) when planning the event. John offered solutions to every issue we encountered and worked diligently with everyone involved to the end of the event.
The result was nothing beyond excellent. The attendees were treated with good food and proper hospitality that his team provided. The tools and space provided for them was utilized to their fullest extent while working cautiously with our department managers.
Myself, as well as my superiors could not be any happier; my company may have found a long term caterer to service us for any future events.
This level of attention to detail coupled with Personal Touch's undeniable charm produces spectacular results which would impress even the most particular client.
