My facial by Lauren was a wonderful experience. I have been a customer of The Pearl Spa for years and always have an excellent experience with the professional staff and whichever service I request. I feel like a million bucks when I leave. I haven't had a facial in a while and Lauren went above and beyond!

This spa met and then exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful experience from start to finish. I found the relaxation I was looking for on my bday and they helped make extra special! Definitely worth it! I'll be back.

Has anyone ever gotten a hold of them on the phone? I ve been on hold for over 30 minutes and nothing. My friend has been calling with questions and she s only gotten voicemail and no callback. I ve been considering using them for spa services but if I can t even get them on the phone, I don t think I ll be visiting this place.

The Pearl is my favorite spa! It's always a relaxing experience every single time. I LOVE getting my monthly facial with Pamela. She's the absolute BEST!

What a dream experience! This spot is just as good as any I've ever been to.. in fact, this is a resort quality Spa with lots of options. Ellen was absolutely amazing and I already scheduled for another massage!

I have to say I have been to spas and resort getaways with terrific results , but I was very disappointed with my experience here. I went for a manicure and expected that I would have a nice relaxing experience. It was anything but that. I ended up seated halfway in the chair , the technician spent the entire time telling me my cuticles were to dry and at $35 you would think a hand massage would be part of the treatment, but it was not. My polish was not evenly done and you can see the different coats ending at different spots. I would not recommend this location for nail service.

My absolute favorite spa. I drive 15 miles and pass by lots of span to get to The Pearl. The service and massages are wonderful and dont get me started on the Relaxation Room. With comfy loungers, hot brownies, mimosas and specialty hot teas, I can stay in Relaxation room for hours after my massage.

Greeted when you come in with a smile! Very clean. There's a private relaxation room. It smells so good! They have a person that circles around to check on you while you wait for your therapist. The rooms are supper nice and clean. Very relaxing. I mean you feel like a supper star. I did a 75min massage. 20min in It felt like 3hr.she was amazing.

Love this spa! Everything from the friendly staff to the clean facilities to the treatment itself I am very pleased. I will be back. The brownie and the glass of champagne to finish my experience was truly the icing on the cake or should I say I seen on the brownie!

Just had a facial, massage, and pedicure done. I'm beyond relaxed. Warm neck compress between sessions and a warm brownie as well! Definitely coming back!

I attended an event here in which a back room was used. Awesome location the room held 5 tables seating 8, plus 4 long tables for food and vendors. The place offered an intiment location for a holistic wellness event for working moms. During lunch we were treated to a massage from one of their massage therapists, she was excellent. The staff was very helpful throughout 8-hour event.

Invigorating, truly relaxing, welcoming and a warm atmosphere. The staff are efficient and knowledgeable. This was my first spa experience and it was excellent.

This is the best spa I've ever been to. I drive quite a ways out of my way to go specifically to this spa to get massages, even though there are plentiful options that are closer and less expensive in my area. I've been coming here for years and the atmosphere is unmatched. Excellent massage therapists. Daniel is my favorite - he does really excellent work for the neck and upper shoulders with the customer laying face up using body weight and stretching that I've found to absolutely be the most effective thing for my stiff neck/upper back from years of working a full time desk job. He's really able to relax my muscles in a way that's lastingly effective without even causing muscle soreness the next day. Any time I go elsewhere, I end up regretting it! Totally worth it.

Over priced. The masseur was very unwell trained. Very new just out of school, unprofessional. For a 90 mins massage 200$ is way too much for the service; I have had so much better ones only 50$ for a hour. Will never repeat.

The staff and overall experience is amazing here. I love it here ane i will come back.

I love the idea of this place. It's modern, clean and posh. That said, without the staff and services to back it up then you are toast. I've had MANY services here and I think I'm done.

My most recent was a leg wax last week. I left covered in bruises and my legs were still hairy. The tech was terrible. She was unskilled and unprofessional. She was purposely trying to hurt me, I'm 100% convinced of it.

I spoke to a manager after my visit because once my husband saw my bruises he insisted. The manager blew me off really. She did refund me however what she said after she received the pictures floored me. She said that my bruises were NORMAL. You cannot tell me that bruises that cover my entire thigh 10 inches by 8 inches are normal. She was clearly nuts.

Very unfortunate because this place had great potential in theory.

My husband and I were in the spa on Friday morning. We both had the couples message and hydrotherapy. We both enjoy the messages and the hydrotherapy and look forward to doing sometime in the future. The only thing that threw me was that the message therapist didn't ask us to fill out a form to see if we had previously had message or any ailments. Although they did ask, I find it strange that we weren't ask to fill this out. Would I go back, yes to have other treatments in addition to a message.

Best Massage Ever! Lauren was incredibly professional and placed the rt amount of pressure where needed. Pamela tinted my eyebrows and I feel and look like a different person.

I haven't received services at The Pearl yet. However, if their staff and services are remotely as good as the customer service I received from Katelynn (my apologies if I misspelled your name) when booking my appointments I will be a customer for life. I can't wait until Tuesday!!!
