We are in Orleans for the week from Arizona and tried to have lunch with 20 people. The owner refused to accommodate us in a completely empty dining room at lunchtime on a weekday and asked us to leave. He embarrassed us and our kids were very upset that we were asked to leave after doing nothing to warrant it. I've never experienced anything like this. We went down the street to the Yardarm where we were seated immediately in a very busy dining room and treated kindly. Don't go to Orleans Waterfront! If I could have rated this zero stars I would have.

Went for the first time for dinner. Cute and quaint family run inn/restaurant. Dinner and views were lovely. Husband loved his lobster roll (lots of lobster and little mayo just the way he likes), and our 14 month old had a nice break from dinner playing in the adorable kids area complete with books, cars and a sweet little rocking chair. Friendly staff.

Food and drinks were excellent. Service was prompt and polite. Outdoor seating has a great view of the waterfront. Later in the evening though, mosquitos were a problem that prompted us to leave before we had a chance to sample the desserts. Which was a shame, because I wanted to try the chocolate cheesecake.

Awesome dinner! The frozen drinks were great and all of the food we ordered was amazing...especially the fried calamari. Can't stop thinking about that! Service and view were also great. We'll be back for sure!

Used to love the place it had great service it had amazing well prepared food. But this summer after waiting for over an hour. To only receive bland over cooked sea food no longer hot with cold side. On top of a rude staff and a placating owner. I'm sorry to say I will need to find a new place to start off my vacation.

The interior of this restaurant is dated and quite frankly had an odor that does not encourage you to want to stay. Our advice would be to head immediately to the outdoor patio at the rear of the restaurant, what a beautiful way to while away an afternoon, sipping cocktails and munching on local seafood all while enjoying the beauty of the dunes and sailboats. The Coq Au Vin was delicious (a little heavy on the cheese), but the scallops were melt in your mouth delicious. I would say the owners need to diagnose the odor and do something to mitigate it as they have a real gem here and the location can't be beat.

Went for dinner, nice location and views. Menu very plain nothing special, might want to hire an experienced chef. Lobster tacos ok not very generous with the lobster. Lobster bisque tasty but no lobster (arnolds in Eastham puts it to shame). The elegance of the inn should have something a little more creative for the menu. Entrance could be grand but cluttered with kid toys . ratty old couch . Didn t even see any children and wouldn t want to see them in an entry. Total turn off.

This is an excellent restaurant for lunch and dinner. We had lunch here outdoors (under cover). You are on the edge of the Town Cove, with water, boats, and birds. The food was outstanding as was the waitstaff.

This was a great surprise! Google reviews didnt do this place justice! Staff were extremely friendly, our waitress was Elsa, and the food was stellar! We had we Thai Mussels which was a creamy and spicy surprise, and the Mushroom Ravioli was excellent. Not swimming in sauce but had a great earthy and salty flavor. Wine was a great price, maybe 7 out of 10. Would definitely visit again!

We stopped here for Sunday brunch and as usual were quite satisfied with the meal. The vegetarian quiche was excellent, the egg bacon and cheese wrap was wonderful, the Bloody Mary's were great, and even the breakfast potatoes were good. Stop by here on a Sunday morning after church or before the beach and have a great meal.

Had dinner on the Deck at the back of the Inn. Very nice quiet space despite the crowd. Food was excellent! My lobster tacos were full of fresh meat and the French Onion Soup and Grilled Chicken Salad were fabulous.

The view is nice, the bar comfortable, staff friendly and most importantly the food was very good. I overheard from a local that they've made some internal changes to improve things. I guess they had been losing business over years for some reason. I would definitely return to the restaurant and maybe even try the Inn.
