We had to wait 25 minutes for a party of 6, even though there were tables where they could put us. Why? Then we had a table in the back of the restaurant were it was a lot cooler than the rest of the restaurant. Impossible to enjoy the food More

Wonderful food as always and exceptional service !!!

We got seated at our table and we waited for someone to come and waited and waited and waiters would pass by us and no one attended us until I stopped some one walking by and asked for some one they immediately brought over 2 servers and apologized and took our drinks and order and the manager was very kind enough to give us a free appetizer and dessert. That was very sweet of them and apologized each time they check on us about us waiting. Sometimes customers don't always write the good experience and always note the bad. But they were awesome and very kind. Thank you.

Great service. General Manager went out if his way to provide excellent service at the start of our experience. Our server was highly professional. Food was great as always.

Omar porter might be one of the worst "managers" ever.. very unprossional and rude to us. Never been so disrespected by a "manager" ever. Server was polite , but food came out wrong and when i asked to speak to manager Mr.Omar came over and was very rude with his speaking followed with very misleading/belittling facial gestures. Horrible manager . I guess anyone can be a manager now a days!

4 the 1st time in my favorite restaurant my family n I waited 4 n hr n 20 minutes without no service what so ever but Ms Lauren Frampton (manager) stopped us on the way out with complimentary dinners n a gift card thanks u so much we will still keep coming from satisfy costumers.

I love this restaurant. Whenever I'm in Orlando I stop by to eat their wonderful cuisine, from the warm bread and salad served as a starter to Seafood Alfredo ... It's awesome !!

Olive Gardens is my favorite restaurant. Went here for Mother's Day, the waiter didn't come to take our orders for 30 mins until we notified the manager. After that the waiter treated us like it like tourist and was rude to our entire table like we got him in trouble. Holidays are hard days for workers but it shouldn't change the way you treat others. As a local I will never go to this Olive Gardens again.

As always love the food here and the atmosphere and the staff and waitress was very friendly and attentive to our need, we will continue to come to this location in the future

Me and my love sat at the bar top since they were a little busy and let me tell you.....BEST SEAT IN THE HOUSE! Our waiter John had such a sweet smile and demeanor! Very attentive and professional. Was very helpful to ALL his co workers and really knew what he was doing!

Very busy Olive Garden just outside of the Millenia Mall, my family and I waited about 20 minutes for a table on a recent mid-afternoon visit to the Orlando area.

Offered a seat at the bar, Alicia was our server. Because of the "wait," we were offered "happy hour" prices. Pinot Grigio for the wife and a 20 ounce Bud Light draft for me. Bar ordered totaled $9.70. Service was friendly and polite.

Not a terribly long wait, Kylee was our server once seated. Cheeseburgers and pasta with butter shells for the kids, an endless soup and salad for me, and a CYO sampler for the wife - with calamari, stuffed mushrooms and lasagna fritta. Zeppoli for desert. Table order totaled $46.59.

Food was hot and quickly prepared. Service from Kylee was friendly and polite - no issues whatsoever and she kept our drink glasses full. Restaurant was clean - parking was very tight.

Such an amazing staff. Sometimes there is a waiting list, but it is totally worth it. Great food and service. Always clean and super fresh food. Exc variety of plates.

Good place, rich food, average price and nice atmosphere

We celebrated a b-day dinner and had we not been in a group, we would never have stayed. The service was awful, it took almost 45 minutes to get soft drinks, half of the food came out cold and we had to repeatedly ask for bread or silverware, refills. At one point, the server actually took our bread basket from one side of the table to the other and left it there. There was no attention and they seemed more entertained talking to each other. My sister asked if she could have a black napkin and got such an attitude-filled response from the server that it was the last time she actually spoke to him, and it was about 10 minutes after sitting. It's been a while since we've been to an Olive Garden but I'm positive the service was better than this. Unfortunate. The only positive note, before the party arrived we had a drink at the bar. The bar staff was great and the sangria was delicious. Well done on them.

Great food at good prices for lunch. Im not a fan of having screens at every table though. A lot of places seem to be doing this now. Im just not a fan. It takes one more job away from the server. Then it makes it harder to justify tips when you even have to pay the machine. So the guest server interaction suffers. And to some degree I think the atmosphere and dining experience does to. In a restaurant like this the food should be the star.

Usually you know what to expect at Olive Garden of all places, but it was really poor this evening (11/26/18). Salad didn t have enough dressing and also had 10 olives, 10 peppers, and an entire cut up tomato. The steak was also undercooked. It won t stop me from eating at OG in other locations, but I may avoid this one moving forward given the lack of quality control displayed.

Food was good. Had to hunt down a server. No one seemed to know who was assigned to our table.

Food was disappointing. I got one of the entrees on the eat one now, take one home menu and I never received the second entree to take home. I mentioned it to the waiter and he just said did you really want to wait that long for the other entree? I mean yes, since the reason I got the specific eat one now entree was to get the additional entree but I didn't want to have to deal with the waiter anymore than I had to since he made half ass comments throughout the entire trip to my group.

Been visiting for years, my kids love "OG". Service and food is pretty good.

Had the best service we've had at a restaurant in recent memory! The food was exceptional, fresh, and got great portion sizes. We really enjoyed our Olive Garden experience at this location.
