We celebrated a b-day dinner and had we not been in a group, we would never have stayed. The service was awful, it took almost 45 minutes to get soft drinks, half of the food came out cold and we had to repeatedly ask for bread or silverware, refills. At one point, the server actually took our bread basket from one side of the table to the other and left it there. There was no attention and they seemed more entertained talking to each other. My sister asked if she could have a black napkin and got such an attitude-filled response from the server that it was the last time she actually spoke to him, and it was about 10 minutes after sitting. It's been a while since we've been to an Olive Garden but I'm positive the service was better than this. Unfortunate. The only positive note, before the party arrived we had a drink at the bar. The bar staff was great and the sangria was delicious. Well done on them.
