An Oklahoman delivery driver continually litters my yard with the Buyers Edge week after week. I have called the Oklahoman multiple times the response every time is a supervisor is not available there is no one that I can talk to in the department that deals with deliveries . It is wearing me out. Their customer service is horrible. Their chain of command is horrible. And their lack of caring about the people in their community is horrible.

We have been a loyal subscriber for 35 years. Unfortunately, it is now time to cancel our subscription due to inconsistent delivery of our newspaper. Customer service reps always say they will report the problem to the district manager. I have requested a return phone call from the manager and have never received a call back. They don t hesitate to take our monthly payment out! Frustrated and tired of the terrible service.

Got so tired of trying to contact customer service to cancel the subscription that I just called my bank and had them block all charges. They have a callback option that claims you won't lose your place in line to talk to a representative, but don't expect that to actually happen.

Would not recommend receiving this service at all. I think I had my newspaper correctly delivered once. Every other time, I had to call to ask why it wasn't being delivered. I called today and just asked to have my money refunded (since it has already been withdrawn from my account; paying for several months in advance). They told me they couldn't refund my money. I'm pretty much paying for something I'm not receiving. They keep telling me that they can have the manager call me. I've talked to her once, didn't even care about the issue. I've had them transfer my call over to their supervisor, didn't answer the phone. Customer service reps have been awesome, especially a woman named Roberta, she has been very helpful and has really tried to help me. The problem is the delivery person. I'm extremely disappointed with this service and would not recommend it to anyone I know. If you really want the newspaper, might be easier to just pick it up from your local gas station instead of having it delivered and having to go through what I've been going through. Management doesn't seem to care about my issue (obviously because it's been going on for tomorrow long).

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. The quality of the paper has gone down dramatically in the past 5 years, but my mother lives with us and looks forward to reading it every day. Delivery service started going downhill noticeably around a year & a half ago, and for the past 3 weeks, we have only gotten the paper twice. Granted, the snow storm made paper delivery unreasonable, but that was only a week at most! Calling to complain does nothing. Going online to request redelivery, which according to their site is possible if reported by 9 a.m., does nothing. We go on to request a credit, and we've yet to see if that will happen either. We have taken the paper for 47 years! Seriously! Mail the dang thing if you can't figure out how to get it on the driveway every day...like we're paying you for!

Can t get the Oklahoman and I ve been trying since February 17. I live in an apartment complex and I think they just don t want to come back into this rain dance complex. I guess it would probably take too much time for them to drive all the way back in to the complex for one paper.

My husband moved to OK after living his whole life in NY. I try to convince him how great OK is but one of the biggest disappointments we face is not being able to find a Sunday newspaper. He doesn't want to read the news on line. Very Unprofessional Oklahoman!!!

My company has subscribed to the Oklahoman for at least 75 years. The last few years delivery has been spotty at best. The last couple of weeks we are lucky to get it delivered every other day. In the past if we didn't get a paper they would bring one in an hour or so. The last few weeks delivery has been, if we're lucky, every other day. When I notify them of a failure to deliver I now get a message that the paper will not be delivered today. What is the point of a daily newspaper that isn't delivered daily.

Something has drastically changed with the delivery end of the newspaper. The carriers in the past several years have been very diligent and polite about putting the paper within a couple feet of the door. We made this request as it was a needed service. They have always been really good at complying to that request. The last 3 weeks the newspaper delivery has become a daily seek and find. I have called to complain many times (which that is no easy task, you get a recording telling you that your paper is delayed due to equipment issues and that it will be a 30 minute to 3 hour wait to speak to a representative. This has been the message for weeks now.) And I have made rep. contact that supposedly was correcting any problems. WHAT A CROCK!!! Also 2 Sundays in a row our paper was missing sections. (Entire A,B or C and ads). What a waste!
