The Oberoi, Dubai Review

Very nice and stylish hotel in relative proximity to Burj Khalifa. Both as a business hotel, as well as for a short vacation trip a recommendation. Very nice designed rooms and good service.

6/5 stars. This place excurbrates luxury. From the moment you enter the foyer your senses come alive with the delicate smell of fresh orchards.
The staff go above and beyond to exceed your every expectation. We arrived at 6.30am, checkin was officially 3pm. They found us an available room on a higher floor and gave us immediate access. Within a few minutes we were personally escorted to our elegant room on the 23rd floor.
Concierge kindly offered us a complimentary latte and plate full of oatmeal cookies. They were sent to our room within 5 mins.

The rooms are very large, bathrooms and also spacious and beds extremely comfortable.
I highly recommend this venue.
They offer free shuttle to Dubai mall almost hourly.

As per their actual Oberoi Standards right from the heart of India...Indian Hospitality at its best

One of the best buildings in Dubaj. It's a pity that the entrance is small and cold.

Our Oberoi stay was beyond awesome. From check in to handling small things everything was excellent. Buffet breakfast experience was amazing as well. Highly recommended place to stay.

Checked into Ananta the restaurant at Oberoi. Food - above average. Serving and hospitality - good. Warning - Carry a heavy purse.

Final verdict: There are many other Indian restaurants in Dubai which provide much superior experience for the money.

The Indian restaurant was under renovation and hence I had to leave without meals.

A 5 Star Hotel and a commercial tower. Hotel consists of 27 floors and toatl 252 guest rooms. All amenities are present including excellent 5 restaurants. Excellent facility for business and holiday travelers alike. Top notch Oberoi hospitality and good and helpful staff.

A beautiful and comfortable place to stay. A short taxi ride to the Dubai mall. Nice breakfast.

Ah what a hotel. Amazing and beatiful views from the glass in the room. Great room, stunning views, outstanding customer service and value for money. Also close to dubai downtown.
Taxis are easily available from the gate of the hotel. City walk dubai and downtown dubai are about five to ten minutes from the hotel.
Buffet breakfast is average, however the chef can make you fresh breakfast if you request it from the waiters free of charge.

If came back to dubai will definitely visit this hotel again. 5 out of 5 for me

As a contractor Interior Design Engineer in Royal blinds I worked several days in Oberoi. The house keeping and Hospitality is good.

Great service, big rooms, massive bathrooms, music from roof bar infiltrates some rooms so ask. Overall a nice hotel.

Great hotel! The rooms are spacious and very nice! The bathroom with views of the skyscrapers is top! The breakfast is amazing!

One of the best and luxurious hotel in dubai which is locating in Business Bay with contemporary rooms & suites, spa, & 3 upscale restaurants.

Terrible drive way ... They don't have direct access to the hotel ..you have to go round the hotel to get to the front. Wonder who designed this layout

In deed overwhelmed with the hospitality rendered during our 4 nights stay. Located very near to Dubai Mall and Down Town this hotel really looks after well their guests. In this four days stage of course we met some high profiled cricketers like Sachin Tendulkar Virat Kohli (as some three IPL teams were staying there) and despite all the rush - every thing was managed well. The staff was very courteous friendly and always at help. Indeed touched by their hospitality.

The night club on the 27th floor is really happening place. The Rooms are very luxurious and beds way ahead in comfort. Will stay again when visit Dubai next.

This place ruined my whole notion about The Oberoi hotels. Growing up, we looked up to this hotel chain for luxury and class and finally when I had an opportunity to stay in one, it was ruined by a smelly room. They couldn't figure out where it was coming from. The whole hotel had a very damp feel. The views aren't good either. The pool was sub-average. I don't think I'm going to choose an Oberoi ever again.

Amazing hotel. Breakfast is fantastic, the friendliness of staff is an asset. Shuttle service to the Dubai Maul. A wonderful time.
