Amazing place...wonderful staff and their behaviour is extremely good

An amazing staff; the room is big and the lighting are just right; we had an amazing welcoming arrangement in the room; clean and perfect for a romantic stay

It's very near to Burj Khalifa and the food and atmosphere here is amazing. The rooms are super and the view from the top floors are great.

Superb 5 star hotel with several restaurants (including Ananta one of the best Indian in Dubai) and a rooftop bar Iris avrc view of Burj Khalifa, reservation necessary to have a table and correct attire required. The hotel offers the largest rooms in Dubai (more than 40m2) absolute and quiet comfort. Fitness, spa, pool etc ... little gargantuan DEMO !!! Staff with little care, absolute cleanliness !!! Never seen that elsewhere !!

Great hotel. Big and very comfortable rooms. Very clean and hygienic! Great breakfast with a wide selection of delicious food. The location is also good, right next to a bus stop which is just a stop at the nearest metro station.

Terrible management. Charged me 200 AED for a lost parking ticket on a Friday when parking was free. Not a 5-star facility by any means.

An average experience.. the entry and approach is a maze ! And the hotel quite clinical. Not the Oberoi experience at all ..

A typical Oberoi, good food and hospitable service. Was there for a conference so cannot comment on the rooms, but the view is great.

Quite confusing finding the drop off area or lobby. Just don't forget to validate your parking token before going out.

We were gifted a spa voucher, we had a nice 90 mins spa at the hotel. It was a good experience. We may repeat it sometime soon.

I was at a restaurant with some friends, the hotel looks real nice! HOWEVER! The hotel valet ALMOST GAVE MY CAR TO SOME ONE ELSE! if I dint see my car pull up I wouldn't even know. as I walked up to my car there was another lady setting herself up in my car and the Valet helping her! When I said this is my car the valet asked for my ticket! After I gave it to them, I asked them did you check hers? and nothing the confused lady (who claimed to have rented her car for that night and new in the country) apologised and left but the valet NOTHING!
UNACCEPTABLE!

Great ambience, wonderful location and delicious food

Pluses: good specious room which was upgraded for free, nice bath, good view.
Minutes: the room was not really clear - the was a dust on the floor, just one socket for whole room.

The staff are friendly and the room is spacious and comfortable. The espresso machine is a masterpiece apart from the alcatel. The dressing room and the bathroom are spacious and the service is excellent. Unlike the non-varied breakfast buffet,

It was wonderful staying at the oberoi hotel, staff very polite and helpful food delicious. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. To end my holiday I had a facial and massage, it was very relaxing with lovely music.

To be fair and honest it does not deserve 5 star hotel

A nice and clean five star hotel close to Burj Dubai

Excellent hotel, lovely spacious rooms, outstanding and helpful service and staff, close to Dubai Mall and good hotel shuttle service to the mall and back. Very good complementary breakfast. Also, very nice pool area and our 13th floor room had an excellent view of the pool and surrounds.

This hotel I have visited only once and this was in relation to a business celebration. We went directly up to the rooftop bar which was really amazing. The view over Downtown Dubai, the music, the crowd and the atmosphere was just amazing. The staff was very friendly and helpful especially because we had no reservation but still got a table. Great location when you are in Dubai Downtown.

They spoiled me on my stay. Great service, lovely clean room, and multiple tasty options for meals. They upgraded me to a massive suite and I felt like a king.

Rooms are spacious. Perfect place for conferences and meetings.

I've seen a lot of hotels, this hotel is, if not the best, then one of the best hotels in terms of service. Extremely friendly staff. On top of that, they have wide & clean rooms. Absolutely a great hotel.

We booked the Oberoi Dubai on the strength of our experience at the Oberoi Cecil at Shimla and we were not disappointed. It's not the building, although it is beautifully done, it's the staff! They make you feel so special and welcome right from the first steps in to the lobby until we were waved off at the end of our stay. Special mention has to be made to Rohan Marwaha who checked us in and Anthony who looked after us at breakfast. The management of the Oberoi should be proud of their staff.

Amazing staff ethic

Service is good, staff very nice, public stead of the hotel are well kept. Rooms appear to be old but the bed is super comfortable. A distinct lack of power points in the room is frustrating as is the lack of iron and ironing board. Even when it came, I've not seen such an ancient iron in years!!
It's a nice hotel and I would go back but I found it a little below the very high standards I've come to expect having stayed in Oberoi properties in India

You will get everything you need in this 5 star hotel! We stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed every one of it!
