This place retired most the doctors including mine so I was forced to find another doctor in the spare of the moment for an urgent issue I was having. My new doctor ask me to request my medical records be faxed to them for my first appointment next week. This Ob-Gyn Place called to tell me that I would be charged $25 to release my records to the other doctor plus they are only open on thursdays so couldn'tget my records in time for my appointment! Horrible treatment for long term partient. When did fees start being charged between doctors offices to share patient medical records? I would not recommend anyone to go there.

I love the OBGYN Place. This is the first gynecologist I ever came to and I have been seeing them around a year now for multiple different things. I have always felt very comfortable, even that first time when I was so stressed about it. Doctors and NP's all qualified and know what they're talking about. My favorite is Dr. Ribail, also love LaDawn (NP). My whole family goes here and has been going here for years and always has loved it.

I've come here for years. Love LaDawn. Hate the front office girl. The first time she was rude I brushed it off as maybe a bad day. Had to go a few time this year and she consistently rude. I'm unsure if it's just me she doesn't like or it's her job. Unfortunately they lost my business.

Love love this place! I have been visiting for years along with several of my female relatives and we've all had great experiences, from regular women's health exams to surgical procedures. I feel completely comfortable asking questions or sharing any of my concerns. The expertise and warm demeanor of NP LaDawn and the rest of the staff always puts me at ease if I am nervous or concerned about something.

i called this cliic to see if they could refer me to a speacialist in my condition. They said they could not. I asked if they offered the treatment that had helped me in the past, they said no but had several new treatments and would be able to take care of me. I said i have no insurance, they said no problem and set me up for a consultation. I saw Dr Rabell, she said they had no new treatments and could not do anything until I had a mamogram anyway. She also would not help me find a Dr who could help me. Then charged me $239 for nothing. When I said that was rather high for nothing the lady was rather irritated and said well we have expenses. After calling 15 clinics I found a wonderful Dr who only charged me $200 for my first appointment and has already brought my pain undercontrol and expects to eliminate my pain completely (something I thought was impossible) and told me that if I needed the treatment that had helped in the past she would find out how to offer it to me herself! That is how a patient should be treated. She will make sure I am care for in every way possible even if if she has to go outside the box. She is in Grapevine, but I will gladly drive that far for that kind of care and respect.

The nurse was very cold and unfriendly. She seemed bothered when I asked questions. The nurse practitioner was nice and answered all of my questions. This was my first visit and since I will hopefully only have to go once a year I will continue with this practice. If, however, I find myself needing more frequent care, I may consider finding another doctor.

My doctor was very nice but did not want to treat me for what they diagnosed me with. Then they charge me to change doctors. That s not ok.

Liked it, Nurse was cold, unwelcoming, and not friendly at ALL!!! First time client...was not happy until LaDaw the PA walked in. Her professionalism and knowledge and warm character made me feel like I was important!!

Nurse staff needs work, will be back!!

Dr. Jewel Malick was fantastic in every way--from consultation to procedure to follow-up. Furthermore, the entire staff was also accommodating, professional, competence and responsive. The other things I really appreciated was how genuinely kind, warm, gracious and friendly everyone was throughout the entire process. In summary, I give Dr. Malick and her amazing team of highly skilled professionals an overall A+. At the very same time, I offer all of them my most sincere gratitude for their wonderful care and genuine kindness.

If you are looking for someone to not call you or communicate your baby's progress, then this is the place for you. They were absolutely horrible and the communication is nonexistent! It does not matter what time you get there, you will wait at least an hour before you are seen! Also, STAY AWAY from Dr. Diane Cross!! In my opinion she is not a reassuring Doctor and I over heard say, "ugh I have another one today?' when I came in the last appointment because apparently she was ready to go. The sono specialist are amazing but unfortunately they are not delivering your baby! I also want to add that the girl at the check out desk is so sweet and always has yummy candy waiting for you. If they were all like her, this place would be a comfortable place to go.

I didn't even get an appointment! I called to make an appointment because this play came highly recommended by a group on Facebook. the second the person picked up the phone they were very rude. When it got to what insurance I had I was unsure if it was prime or standard. As I'm reaching into my wallet trying to tell her what it was she hangs up on me. like, this conversations was super rushed and felt like I was bothering them with my phone call. I don't like going to doctors to begin with and only chose this place because it was highly recommended, but to hang up on me mid sentence was rude. also, I know some will say it was an accident and trust me the way the girl was trying to get me off the phone for the entire 1 minute conversation, it was no accident. So no, I will not be making an appointment here if that is how they treat clients before they even come in the door.

Very nice staff and I really liked everyone. LaDawn was awesome and made me very comfortable and answered all my questions. Very convenient location and I would recommend to anyone . Will use this OB GYN from now on.

Had been going here for over 5 years, and finally had to cut ties. I d never had any issues with the providers until my last visit the NP grilled me on whether or not my mothers ovarian cancer diagnosis was accurate. Mind you, this diagnosis took her from this earth, so I think I would know whether or not it was ovarian cancer or not, even though according to the NP, it s very rare and are you sure she didn t have something else??

The entire visit was unprofessional, judgmental and belittling. She continued to quiz me on my mother s treatment, even though it had nothing to do with what my visit was for. I have found a new wonderful place in Mesquite and feel welcomed and cared for every time I walk in. So glad I said goodbye to the OBGYN Place.

Hated it! They wouldn t see me because I m pregnant. They told me even if I would ve taken a test at their facility and it came back positive they would send me out the back door. When I asked them who could I go to they told me they couldn t help me. Completely unprofessional. Will not be going back and definitely won t recommend to ANYONE.

I have been to The Ob-Gyn Place twice now for just regular, annual visits. I saw Diana (one of the NP) and I absolutely loved her. She was so down to earth and really took the time to sit down and talk to me. I didn't feel like just a number--in and out. Both times there I waited approximately 10-20 minutes in lobby and that seems pretty average for any doctors office. I have no complaints this far and would highly recommend this office.

Ladawn is the absolutely BEST! I have been seeing her for years now and insist only seeing her. She makes me feel so comfortable and makes it easy to talk to. Next year they won t be accepting my insurance but i will definitely pay the self pay price to still see her! Love this office.

I have been coming to this office for over 4 years and they changed the front desk. This lady was very rude and I even started calling to look for another office. But it is so hard to find a good OBGYN so I decided to callback and let them know about her poor service. Your front desk is a reflection of the entire office. You will lose business if it doesn't change.

This is such an incredible doctors office. I love it and have gone here for almost 10 years. I always feel completely comfortable, and for going to the OBGYN that's pretty uncommon! It's an all women staff, which I love. Plus everyone is very informative and attentive.
