I have been coming to this office for over 4 years and they changed the front desk. This lady was very rude and I even started calling to look for another office. But it is so hard to find a good OBGYN so I decided to callback and let them know about her poor service. Your front desk is a reflection of the entire office. You will lose business if it doesn't change.
