ong overdue review, but well deserved. We had our first, much needed staycation a few months after the shutdown. It was during Christmas time after a long year of uncertainty especially since we both worked in healthcare. The staff were patient and attentive in answering our questions regarding Covid protocols. The accommodations, dinner service and views were refreshing. The hotel decor is austere and sophiscated, a time capsule where we were finally able to relax. Thank you for the memories and being open to NYers when no tourists were traveling in at the time.

Best stay in NY! Very beautiful and elegant boutique hotel. Love the bath tub in the room. Great breakfast on the rooftop and dinner in the library

Our room was larger than other rooms we have experienced in Europe and very modern. The staff provided excellent customer service and all spoke English making it a easy to communicate

I booked a Atelier room at the Nomad Hotel because of prior recommendations. I specifically booked an Atelier room for the main reason of it containing a clawfoot bath tub as shown all across their website. Even my booking reservation shows a tub. Turns out not all rooms have a bath tub and ours happened to be one of them. I expressed my disappointment because otherwise I could have just book a regular classic room. We were told that they couldn t accommodate us as everything was fully booked. We were given a bottle of wine to make up for their false advertising. Guess I ll be drinking my bath oil instead.

Its located right o Broadway. Its a high-end hotel. When you enter the lobby its like a chic time machine. They do have a restaurant on premises. Staff is friendly and profession. They also provide valet parking. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely rooftop, perfectly decorated, elegant quite comfortable and a luxury vibe is in the air. The staff is super attentive and provide good service.

Directed friends coming from out of town for a birthday celebration to this hotel. The accommodations were beautiful & the service was excellent. Everyone was so happy, this hotel helped them have a great visit to NYC - highly recommend!

Such an incredibly COVID-clean and friendly hotel. The rooms were super clean, there's a 50% occupancy rule and ensures 24hr lapse time between guests within each room. Was able to book the Nomad hotel rooftop for a lovely breakfast (also offers dinner - but already had a res to another restaurant). Elevators are ventilated and did not see any guests during my stay; would highly recommend staying for anyone!

My favorite hotel in New York. The rooms are spacious for New York with views of the Empire State Building. The restaurant (rooftop at the moment) is fantastic and they also were able to accommodate us when we wanted to have some drinks on the terrace after dinner elsewhere. I just love this hotel.

We arrived, very nice people at the reception.
But we went to our room and the refrigerator wasn t working so we picked up the phone and the phone wasn t working...then we called them to come fix the phone & refrigerator and no one came during our stay to fix it. Then during the night our air vent in the room was making the loudest noise ever that we couldn t sleep the whole night. But couldn t call because our phone didn t work.. then decided to take a shower in the morning just to be disappointed again by guess what ? Having no body wash or shampoo/conditioner in the bottles placed in the shower. Very frustrating!! All the way from South Africa and not a good stay or impression.
