I just checked in to this dump and I am so frustrated. The room the nothing like the pictures. The first impression of the room is that it s dirty. First the walls and doors are chipped. The bathroom is filthy! The pullout couch looks like it has never been cleaned and under the mattress is stained and dirty. I feel itchy being here. The main bed is not comfortable at all, the mattress is hard, the pills as well. The mattress is detached from the head board, the table in front of the bed is also detached from the wall and it s basically an unstable table . I am not comfortable here at all, I am worried about hygiene and cleanliness. Worried about bugs. Cheap day use hotels are better than this place. It s gross. Unfortunately we are stuck here for the weekend but I will never ever stay in the hotel again nor will I ever recommend this place to anyone. Don t waste your money here. We are so tired from the flight that we really looked forward to sleeping in a clean comfortable room. My kids are so tired that I don t have the heart to wake them, but in the morning I will certainly speak to the front desk and management about the condition of this freaking dump they have the nerve to sell as a room.

My family hosted a wedding at this hotel we 10+ rooms. When we got there we were notified that we had to put down an additional $150 for the deposit. So in total we had to put down $300 for the deposit. We stayed a whole week at this hotel and we convinced everyone that were apart of the wedding to stay here. Not only did we not receive the deposit back but I have called several times trying to talk to someone about it and they continued to tell me they didn t take anything out of everyone s account when we clearly saw a -$300 charged to the accounts.

This hotel has some good points for being on the beach, having a nice swimming pool, a courteous staff and fairly clean. But it loses points for rooms that have worn out furniture, need thorough cleaning of rooms, missing extra pillows and blankets for sleeper couch, and no ice bucket (must ask). Also, some of the lobby seating need a good stain removal cleaning and personnel need to answer the phone when dialing for information.
Overall, my family and I had a good time despite a whole week of mostly rain. This is our second time at this hotel.
Stay here if your focus is swimming in the beach, pool and tanning and just relaxing.

Great hotel. It's very spacious when it comes to the price. The have 3 different types of views. The price point is fair and the rooms are clean. I wouldn't say 5 stars because it won't blow your socks off. But it will leave you with a smile and it's a great place to reference as it was for me. Good for an anniversary short stay or even a longer vacation stay. Parking is available close. Plenty of places to eat walking distance.

Great place. Room is a good size location is great! Air-conditioning and bed are in need of updating. Bed sinks in the middle making it difficult for two to sleep comfortably and the air does not cool down the room it's worse when one takes a hot shower. No bathroom exhaust fan. The restaurant was kind and gave water and ice.

Stayed here 4 days for $230 in October 2021 for my birthday . Nice clean place. I got a one bedroom suite. Tv Living room with sofa bed and dresser. Refrigerator microwave small sink and a small safe to lock up your belongings. The room is at the corner end 736. I had a city view of the front. And a side view of the beach from the bedroom. The smallest bathroom with a big Jacuzzi tub that did not work. The button to function was broken. I still enjoyed filling it up and taking several bubble baths. There was a breakfast restaurant a snack store a souvenir store and I luxury gift store, a bike rental place as well as a swanky restaurant with a huge bar. There s a spa. A pool with bar. Closes at 10pm every night. There s water ski and of course the beach. You can take the bus from here to the malls or downtown Miami. Place filled up with more people friends, couples, family and children on Saturday. A nice place for any type of crowd. Parking is available for $25 a day Across the street. There s a couple of small plazas with restaurants, markets, nail salon, clothing and even UPS. I would stay here again.

Our friends stayed at the hotel, but we enjoyed our day by the cabana. We had drinks at the Tiki Bar. We enjoyed the pool and the beach. We also had dinner at the restaurant.

Must NOT stay. I must say this is a true dump. The lobby is very appealing but that s it. The room we stayed was so dirty. My son woke up in the middle of the night finding a giant cockroach running across the room. The next morning I discovered a pile of trash under the pullout couch. The carpet looked like it had never seen a vacuum cleaner. I never felt comfortable walking barefoot on it so I kept my shoes on the entire time. The bathroom was dated and very dirty. Shower drain appeared to be clogged up with hair. I can go on on but you get my point.
The gym is not safe to use(see my pics). There were two treadmills but only was functional . To increase the speed you had to stick your finger in the broken button hole and fiddle with the circuit board. Two minutes into my run the machine stopped suddenly, almost threw me off of it. They have 3 sets of dumbbells. That s it. You can see these equipment have been wiped down. I can t believe this place wasn t shut down for inspection violations. This place overall is quite DISGUSTING.

Nice location a little way from south beach, and very kid friendly i was at the bar sipping gin n juice with a 12 year old sitting next to me . Also they take over the pool. So if you have kids cool place to go.

Hello dear Americans in Miami you are the hottest and your hotel is one of the most beautiful in Miami. The name of the hotel is enchanting. The hotel is in a very good location. The rooms are very nice, the food is excellent and the people are very nice. The beach is so lovely that I could lie down every day and drink your nice cocktail at the bar by the pool.
Our son learned to swim on the beach and in your pool and the first WORD in American was HELLO. today he speaks very, very good English. We stayed at your hotel for many years. We would love to be with you in America again. But unfortunately everything has changed in Germany and we are no longer having rosy times in Germany and Corona is still coming. I miss the beautiful hotel and the beach with its great people
