Great exhibition as always,staff always
friendly and helpfull . Amazed by the knitted churches.
First day of the opening. Lovely to visit the refurbished Hub. Warm welcome from the staff on the ground floor. Everything looks very dapper and well thought out. I went up to the second floor to see the exhibition and there I found the warm welcome that I'd recieved downstairs vanish unfortunately. As I entered the room a young lady at the desk and a man with a lot of hair piled on top of his head, I think an IT guy, gave no welcome, no smiles and looked at me as if I had two heads when I commented on an exhibition piece. They might not have understood me with the mask but didn't even try to ask what I said. It made me feel a bit awkward . That was a shame as the rest of the visit was very pleasant.
Interesting exhibition to look around, very friendly staff
Well worth a visit if you are in Sleaford. The exhibitions are always inspiring and the shop has some amazing things. There is also a really nice cafe which doesn t charge a fortune serving great food
Interesting, and sometimes thought provoking, exhibitions. Enjoy a visit especially as there is a great shop that'll make you investigate art and crafts for sale. So even if there is nothing to interest you in the exhibition rooms you'll spend time browsng, and possibly buying, in the shop. Follow that up with a visit to the restaurant where they sell simple but we'll prepared food. At the moment, the building is undergoing a redesign, with a future addition of a dance studio. The upper floor exhibition space will now be moved downstairs with the vacated spaces becoming offices. When it's finished it should be a great place to visit
Great place to spend a while browsing the art with the kids. It's a great place to get those younger minds wondering about things, and not have to pay a fortune for it. Lovely shop, and a great cafe.
Had an amazing day out here. They had an exhibition about glass on here which featured neon lights, sculptures and a fabulous stained glass window. The whole family loved it. I would definitely recommend even if you just go to the coffee shop.
Great place to bring kids. I have been bringing my son since he was 8/9 months old. They do regular kids craft sessions, I used to pay for them but they are now free every Tuesday and also do sessions though school holidays. There is always some sort of drop in craft bits to do that go with the exhibition on at the time. The cafe on the ground floor always have yummy cakes to buy. Staff are always helpful and welcoming and always have a little chat with my son whilst there.
