I had an excellent experience with D&W from start to finish! Everyone I worked with was knowledgeable, friendly, respectful and professional ... and in this Covid era, everyone adhered to safety measures! D&W was priced very reasonably but more importantly, D&W windows were the BEST of the 4 estimates I received ... and bonus, Michigan made windows! I have to give a big shout-out to the installation crew, who clearly were very experienced and worked diligently to replace, trim and clean up all 14 of our original 1953 windows in less than 6 hours on a chilly December day. My pictures aren't great but these windows are!

I replaced all the windows in my house with D&W. I am 100% satisfied with the product, the installation, and the value. I highly recommend D&W for their products and professionalism.

My brother has used D&W Three times in the past . All quality work... I needed a 16 foot by 20 foot cover over my deck. They installed a nice cover awning 6 inches thick .looks good and a nice install. I'm happy with the workmanship and their installers. Great Job.

I had 2 very old large windows in the living rooms of my antique house and every summer was like living in a greenhouse. I didn t call anyone else because I know D&W does great work and is a local company, their reputation is excellent from everything I have heard. The salesman barely had to convince me, but he did a great job. It took a cold winter to get them, but I understand since everyone else wanted to get repairs done during this long year of being stuck at home. The installers came and in a few hours put in 4 double hung Michigan windows as opposed to the non-functional and less than breezy single pane wood ones I had. I waited until a day like today to leave my review because I got them to keep the heat out though they did great in the cold spring we had. So today is hot and sunny and the test I wanted. All my windows are closed, and the curtains are open. My windows are blocking heat and my house is a cool 75 degrees, 12 degrees cooler than outside. And on the breezy cooler days, the windows open wide and I get a tunnel of air moving through the house from all sides now that my windows function perfectly. I m new to being a homeowner so I never thought buying windows would make me so happy, but the entire experience beat even buying my first new car because these windows will be with me as long as I m with this house. Thank you so much! I may one day get the cheap box store vinyl ones replaced as well, the quality is that good!!

We were annoyed because of the time it takes to get windows installed, but that's just the way it is these days! After 3 months of waiting, D&W sent Jody. He sure does take pride in his work! He was polite and professional. He was respectful of our home. He called me over regularly to explain the installation process. We will absolutely order from D&W again and request Jody for the installation!

The main reason we went with this company for our roof and barn replacement was the reviews. I must say that we are very impressed with the professionalism of everyone involved. Josh was not pushy as a salesman, the crew was very courteous, hard working group and appeared to work well as a team. They also got the job done quickly , started early and worked soild all day that they were here. Good help is hard to find. I hope this company appreciates these hard working and skilled individuals. Highly recommend this company!

They did a wonderful job replacing an old garden tub with a beautiful low threshold walk in shower. I am very pleased with the quality and workmanship. The installers were polite and left no mess. Can't say enough...

From the time I walked into their showroom, the estimate done by Lee and measuring the wait time (not the fault of D&W) and the actual install I cannot say enough how great an experience it has been. The installation team: Joshua, Nate and Trey were the best. They were not only polite and professional but were so much fun to have in my home. They did a fabulous job. No waste of time, not even a lunch break! They each explained what they were doing and the products they were installing.
These guys know their stuff! Once the job was complete, Joshua stayed behind and made sure that every speck of dirt and dust was gone. Answered all my questions and went over the best cleaning solutions for the new shower. Again it is beautiful. Thanks Guys! Thank you D&W!

Thanks D&W for the fine job installing 16 windows and a front door. I did not think the exterior/interior of my home could look so good. I got the best estimate from D&W and I want to give a huge shout-out to the installation crew. The lead worker on the window detail was great on detail and took care of all my concerns. Would highly recommend D&W. Had 12 windows installed in January. Salesman was the only one out of the 4 companies we had quote to give us a correct itemized quote in a reasonable time, and was very responsive to questions and changes. Install crew was very quick and efficient, all windows were in on the first day, trim only took the morning of the second day. When we had an issue with opening a few windows and they had a repair man out very quickly and he fixed the problem no questions asked. Definitely noticed a change in the comfort of our home.
