The Mulia, Mulia Resort & Villas - Nusa Dua, Bali Review

This is awesome resort... The villas are like dream come true.. Staff is too polite and courteous. Butler at your service are very friendly and just a call away for any help. For Indians vegeat Food is good.

A bit too much regulation but an awesome hotel to stay..not cheap at all but good to stay for 1 to 2 days..

I stayed here during my honeymoon and everything was great. Even the basic room was so spacious and the breakfast s buffets menu were like three-continents-got-covered (from cold-meal, into warm-meal, they even have sushi!). It s really a world s class resorts as they advertised. I put one star less because? I accidentally left aT-shirt while checking out and found by the house keeping. They informed me couple days later by email and offered to ship it to me with over 10x standard shipping cost. I mean, this is a five-star resorts, but they can t give a service that other three-star resorts freely offer.

One of the best place to stay in Nusa Dua. Very spacious and airy, breakfast is awesome and the hotel has a number of very good restaurants for dining. The pool is also very good, especially for kids and Instagramers.

Amazing, truly one of a kind. Go there, won't be sorry.

I have big expectations before coming Bali hotel was great. The share of Mulia, even the cheapest jungen Group pyeonyira whole trip expenses wonak've heard a lot of praise. Everything was alright. Would be nice for the level of Mulia Hotel to think about how to wow its customers for a memorable experience.

One of the best hotels on the island. Everyone (not only hotel guests) can be reserved tables for lunch and dinner, and the same walk and enjoy the beautiful views.

I have a buffet lunch at Table8, delicious, all the staff are helpful, quick serve and very good place.

Been here many times for their food, 5 star foods and services, friendly and high performance staff. Very recommended, there are many package option as well as pay 2 get 4.

Last time I was there, I was with my family celebrating my mum's birthday. We had buffet at the restaurant and it was average. Plainly average so, it's fair to say it was overpriced. The quality of the food's gone down. The drinks are way overpriced so you might have to sneak in a bottled water in your handbag. The servers were friendly but the people who actually dines there are relatively snobbish, so the atmosphere was so-so. I would dine there again if the taste would improve.

The restaurant is stunning and the food is absolutely amazing. Well worth the drive out there and the money

This has been the most luxurious hotel I've ever visited. The Mulia Resort is a beach front property with numerous beautiful pools and an attentive and friendly staff.

Just okay. If we see it from some "guest" perspective, their service is great. But it will be different if we see it from other "title" perspective :) It's a well-known already.

I'll give you input ...

Hotel is ok, good, rooms are ok (there are insects in the room, but ok overall)
The staff is not friendly overall, from checking the counter (a bit curt, then at the resort it is also average to be ignorant of guests)
The friendly one is between us, because it is properly trained,
Who doesn't like:
Parking for guests must be alone, there is no vallet, and they are also subject to paying, only free from 12 pm to 12 pm.
It's a bit strange in my opinion that a resort as big as Mulia, as luxurious as this for inhouse guests is still subject to parking

The check-in process takes a long time

When we want to put the suitcase into the car, the officers are just ignorant and no one helps, even though we are mothers with two children, the clerk is just ignorant at the table, looking at the computer, the other officers even have 2 people taking care of 1 car.

The second time here, give up, to be honest, I don't want to come here anymore.
It's not like the beginning. Beyond our expectations as premium hotel vacation enthusiasts.
