Well, let's say, a chic hotel looks very impressive, excellent comfortable rooms, very friendly staff who will help you solve any problems. Beautiful sea views, relaxed atmosphere. Good places to relax. Alone and with friends.

One of the most beautiful resorts I have seen and truly worthy of your vacation time. The architects did a fabulous design and blend of man and nature. The service is exceptional and your creature comforts all available. Hard to go home after staying here....

The hotel is 5 stars, but every day we are prevented from sleeping at lunchtime and in the evening! We go to bed early, but this is impossible! In the next room, they constantly knock and scratch! How can I repair a room next to vacationers! Not a small amount was paid and we are upset! Where the manual looks! I recorded everything on video! By the way, to the left of the hotel there is an exchange barn, there you need to look in both eyes and count several times! Very technically $ 20 with you "hold"! Take care of yourself! And the hotel is magical!

The Mulia is one of the best resort with great ambiance and complete facilities. Rooms with "exclusive pool", greeneries, swimming pool and of course private beach are just excellent. Restaurants with yummy foods...wow!

Very nice resort, but very big too! However everything is very clean, staff is helpful. If you can, book a room at The Mulia instead of the resort, which has specific services such as dedicated Butler, tea time, small and cosy breakfast More

Wouldn't even give 1 star. Mulia Group is owned by Djoko Tjandra and his brother Eka. Djoko is an Indonesian fugitive and criminal. Please google him. The criminal mindset filters from the top all the way to the bottom of this company.
We were at Mulia Resort for our honeymoon. We checked in with our passports during the night, after a long distance flight from the UK. Next morning we went to get some breakfast and on our return to the room my wife's passport was gone (stolen) from the room. Our movements were passports scanned at reception, go to our room, go to sleep, wake up next morning, get breakfast, after breakfast return to the room and the passport is not there anymore. We didn't leave the hotel and only hotel staffs had access to our room. That was just the start of the nightmare.
The hotel's management wanted bribe, the head of security at the hotel wanted bribe, the police station we were taken to (by the hotel's head of security) to report the stolen passport wouldn't write in the report that the passport was stolen from the hotel room without a bribe. The island is beautiful but the people in power are corrupt and extremely opportunistic. We faced these type of people/criminals all the way until we got out of Bali even at the airport and from local Qatar Airways offices. Mulia's own taxi drivers (just from outside the reception) charges up to 5 times more than local taxi companies and the list of wrongdoing goes on... Please avoid.

SUCH A HIGH STANDARD !

SUCH A HIGH STANDARD !

We stayed 4D/3N at Grandeur room and hoping that we can stay a night or two longer because we love everything about Mulia.

We ve been stayed at 5 star resort nearby, but we do agree (6 of us) that Mulia is the best so far.

The bed, pillow, blanket, and bath robe was smooth and nice, ac was cold enough in hot sunny afternoon, room was spotlessly clean.

Service also perfect, (special thanks to bu Eka, whom i always contacted whenever i visit Soleil for their awesome sunday brunch). Food always great (they currently only open the cafe for bfast and dinner, soleil for lunch) though serving time took longer but tasted delicious !

Mulia Resort and Villas has been around maybe for 8-9 yrs? But the quality of the building and furniture are very well managed.

We do hope Mulia for the best and look forward tp stay here soon

Huge resort, absolutely stunning one of the best I ve ever seen. It s hard to describe the sheer scale of this place but if 30 hectares means anything to you then you have some idea. It s beautifully appointed and the grounds are truly magnificent. Check out the man made Lake Mulia , lounge at one of the many pools or enjoy what must be one of the most impressive buffet restaurants in the world!

Staying at this hotel is always satisfying. If staying at this hotel, treat yourself "at least 1 full day at the hotel." the hotel is very, very spacious, the service was very friendly.
The hotel facilities are very complete, the view of the hotel is also very beautiful.
The most important point of this hotel is one of them is a private beach, which is very suitable if you bring a family and a clean and nice swimming pool (swimming pool is also available for adults and children)

For the restaurant too, I think the best hotel restaurant in Bali. the price of a meal is enough to drain the wallet, but it is comparable to what is offered.
