Very professional, quick, no pain with friendly and compassionate staff. I would refer this clinic to anyone looking for somewhere safe clean and experienced. They know how to take care of you without judgment complete understand and painless afterwards because they do such a fantastic job.
Oh yea and its free with a health card, some places actually charge you directly instead of the government.
Wishing everyone that works here many blessings and good vibes

There s no parking so don t look for it. Not even paid parking is available. Extremely discreet entrance in order to secure privacy. Not a wheelchair accessible location as you have to walk up a long flight of stairs. After getting COVID questions done, you re asked to enter to the security area where a security man will ask you some questions and ask you to turn your phone off, make sure you aren t driving alone after the procedure, etc. I had to wait in the waiting room for about an hour while reading their clinic forms and signing forms. I wasn t too sure of the time as I didn t wear a watch and couldn t see the clock because it was in the corner of the room. After though, I was called in to see a woman to confirm that I had filled out the information on my paperwork correctly. She wasn t very nice, seemed very in a rush and annoyed at the same thing she had to do everyday. Then I got escorted back into the waiting room to wait a couple of more minutes for the counsellor to see me. The counsellor was extremely kind and compassionate. She s willing to answer any questions you have and is willing to help you as much as she possibly can. At the counsellor s office you re asked to take a painkiller as well as offered an anti anxiety medication to help if you are feeling nervous. After that, you re escorted by the counsellor to the locker area to change and then you wait in a different waiting room to check your Rh blood type and to confirm your pregnancy. During my procedure, I had a male doctor as well as two female nurses with me. I wouldn t say I felt uncomfortable with them but they were definitely just doing their job. Wish I had a nurse s hand to hold but that s okay. The procedure was pretty uncomfortable as obviously they re poking and prodding in your uterus. After the procedure, you get escorted to the recovery room where a nurse will ask you if you want water or crackers. If you feel well after 30 minutes, you are allowed to leave. I had to stay a little longer as I was a bit nauseous afterwards. I would say after changing, it s quite awkward waiting in the waiting area again to give back the locker key. It would be nice if you could just drop it off and leave rather than have to wait in the waiting area again. I would say overall, it wasn t a bad experience but definitely be prepared to wait.

The workers here were very respectful and kind especially the counselor, however I had a horrible experience . The wait time was around an hour until I was able to even speak to a nurse even with an appointment. After I had the ultrasound I had to wait another hour to speak with the counselor about what I needed to do when I left the clinic. About a week after my appointment I had my blood work done and I found out I was still pregnant. I made an appointment at another clinic where they told me Morgentaler shouldn t have even given me the pill because it was too early for it to work!!
! I highly recommend you DO NOT go here !

The nurse was rude and lacked any type of empathy. It was honestly a traumatic experience before even starting the procedure. I had to leave because they made me feel so uncomfortable, I left crying. Please steer clear of here.

I don't understand the negative reviews. My experience here was great. A lot of reviews mention the receptionist asking many questions but they clearly give you instructions over the phone before your appointment explaining what will happen when you get to the clinic. You are asked for non-expired ID and your way of transportation because you CANNOT operate a vehicle after you leave the clinic. So obviously, they want to make sure you are safe after you leave. The nurses were amazing, and the doctor as well. The whole appointment was quick and all staff were very accomodating. Anyone looking for a clinic, do not let the negative reviews fool you, this clinic is the best in Toronto.

The best abortion clinic.

The best abortion clinic.
I had twice safe abortion there. They are so friendly and kind and they are not gonna judge you very helpful. Ignore the negative comments they have the best nurses and doctor and counselors.

The receptionists and counsellors are very soft spoken, kind and discreet. You don t get any judgment from them, only support. I didn t end up going through with the termination, the counsellors helped me understand my thoughts and so I decided to proceed with the pregnancy. They did not force me to keep or terminate, they just sat there and listened to me blab about my thoughts and feelings. It was all very helpful.

I highly recommend this clinic, due to the warmth of the staff. Regardless of your decisions, they will not judge and will support you.

I would ignore the negative reviews. I have a feeling some of them are fake and created by those who are not Pro-Choice, trying to mislead and discourage woman who are in difficult situations. Always remember that it is your body and your choice. No one else has a say but you.

Worst experience of my life, none of the pain mana...

Worst experience of my life, none of the pain management worked during the procedure. Girls who went in the procedure room before me were screaming in pain, and once it was my turn so was I. I was told I d get a pill to help soften my cervix considering I was 14 weeks and they needed to dilate me for my D&C, they didn t give it to me when I requested it. The ultrasound tech had a cold personality and didn t say much to me at all, I was in tears since leaving the counsellors office.

Once the procedure was over I was forced to walk into the recovery room although I could barley stand as all the meds finally hit me. I don t even remember walking out of the recovery room into the lobby and leaving. I was throwing up the whole way home and the pain/bleeding lasted for a couple weeks. No one warned me what my body would go through, thinking there was a baby to feed when there wasn t.

I d highly recommend if your pregnancy was something you planned to go forward with, beg to have it done at a hospital under anesthesia. And if you re making the decision based on what s best for you, research any clinic other than this one. My experience was a true nightmare.
