This is a review of the restaurant only. We went on Sunday and we had the standard buffet starter which had some nice options. Then I had the pork belly for main and we shared a sundae for dessert.
The food was good, but not the best I've had. The cost was decent and the service was very good. Worth trying
Excellent service. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. Facilities and rooms are clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is quiet and close to lots of amenities and restaurants. Would stay again. Thank you!
Had an overnight stay last Friday at your hotel. The bed was very comfy and the room was very quiet we slept very well. Nice and clean. The only criticism was that breakfast was ordered for 9 o clock we checked a few minutes before and nothing was outside but it was left without knocking and at 9:10 we had to ring down when we open the door the breakfast was there but everything was cold so you had to bring more coffee is up to us and we ate the cold toast. just get your stuff to knock on the door so that customers know the breakfast has been delivered.
Very pleasant hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, great facilities in the bedrooms and an extremely comfortable bed.
Lovly hotel , so close to town Center , amazing food , 3 course meal lovly breaky I had the eggs benidict , great service , good parking , fab room , cosy decor , hugh bed comfy mattress

Wonderful night at the Malmaison combined with dinner round the corner at The Ivy. A lovely, clean and comfortable room, felt very safe and secure around the place. Didn't check out the bar/restaurant just flopped into bed after a delicious meal and slept soundly.
Stayed a night here whilst working in the city. The hotel are taking every precaution for corona virus. There are clear markings and a one way system throughout the hotel. Staff are very friendly and well informed. I was upgraded to an executive room on arrival, such a nice surprise! I d happily book this size room next time it was very comfortable. Didn t have the breakfast or dinner so I can t comment on that. Car park on site, spaces are a little tight but manageable.
Always enjoy it here and staff are always ultra polite and helpful. The bar is great esp on a weekend and gf enjoys the cocktail hour ( hope to return after lockdown - spring?). Rooms are fab.
