The girls at mount de sales are very nice and welcoming. Most of the teachers are good, but students in honors classes often get teachers who do not teach.
Administration cares more about the school's reputation than their students: they don't listen to the genuine complaints and requests that the students make and instead focus only on punishing students for breaking nonexistent rules. Admin ignored requests for computer science classes and instead decided to make a required "philosophy" class, which they readily admitted will have nothing to do with actual philosophy and instead will be just about not doing drugs and further indoctrinating students into an ultraconservative mindset. Rather than helping students to get into good colleges, they tell us that scores don't matter, informing us that a lot of the admin and faculty had SAT scores under 1000.
There is no diversity. White is one of our school colors for a reason!
I know many students who are LGBT but cannot be themselves because the school often tells us that gays are going to hell and that the church assault scandals happened because of the LGBT community. I suppose that's to be expected since they also teach us that sexual assault is the victim's fault.
However, the students aren't very cliquey and are very nice. The community is great and the traditions are a lot of fun.
