Was here for a Christmas party for my job. Overall, the venue was really nice. It was large, but didn't have that 'large banquet hall' feeling. Good drinks ,good food (catered by gibsons, as they own it i believe). Great venue for a wedding or other corporate event.

This popular condo building was originally an office building, which accounts for the soaring ceiling in the lobby. The front desk staff at The Montgomery are very helpful and friendly!!!
The units are modern and nice. The best feature is THE VIEW! North is my FAVORITE. You can see for miles! It currently overlooks defunct low-rise public housing, about to be replaced with (also low!) New townhomes.
I withheld 1 star as it is a bit of a pain to get to the tiny workout room...but if you're intent on working out - I guess a stroll thru the parking garage is ok... :)
The acoustics amplify everyone's voices, making it very difficult to hear speakers on a microphone. Also, the air conditioning was on, but it was still so humid.
Food was fabulous, drinks were good and service was excellent. I visited for a private event.

My wife and I held our reception at the Montgomery Club and everything was great. We worked with Lynette to plan out all the details and she did a fantastic job - we strongly recommend her and the Montgomery Club.
To begin with the decor/look of the venue is very Great Gatsby so it is a more classy look. The floor is a beautiful tile mosaic even though in pictures it may look like carpet. They have a separate rooms for cocktails and dinner so you don't have to worry about flipping a room for your guests or have them stand around as their table gets put together for dinner.
The food is done through Gibson's (so that is a good sign) and it is all prepared on-site/cooked to order. For our reception we had steak and pork chop that was fresh out of the kitchen based on how our guests wanted them prepared. The whole meal was delicious and our guests loved it.
The staff and team at the Montgomery Club were very friendly and helpful to our guests and to us as we were preparing for the big day. For instance, we had a candy bar/dessert table and all we had to do was drop off the glass containers and candy for the table and they set it all up along with making all the table signage for which candy was which! It seemed there was nothing we had to worry about leading up to the big day. If we had a request they were very willing to accommodate our needs or find a way to help us out.
