Fell in love with the spa. The view is unbelievable. Must do when in Monterey.

My husband and I visited Monterey to celebrate our one year anniversary along with my husband s 30th birthday. The service was great along with the location of the hotel. The hotel itself is a bit outdated but you can t beat the price, the service and the views from the ocean side. We were even greeted with a gift to help celebrate our anniversary and my husband s 30th. Thank you for the exceptional service!

It's a really nice hotel right on the water. The shower was probably one of the best I've ever had at a hotel. Valet parking is included the room rate which is nice to have.

Incredibly fancy with a price tag to match, this picturesque waterfront luxury hotel is a perfect place for a wedding or to enjoy a drink on the water. Only a very short walk down cannery row to the aquarium, the location can't be beat. If you're looking to live in luxury do it here!

I did not stay here, but you cannot beat the location. It's in the middle of Cannery Row next to the ocean, and it is within walking distance of the aquarium.

There is nothing luxurious about this hotel. They are also very slow at everything. It took them 40 minutes to check us in and I had to keep my toddler and my newborn occupied during this time! We then had to wait 20 minutes for our car. The restaurant is not available. Absolutely not relaxing or accommodating in any way.

Gorgeous location and a great place to have dinner. Food could have been better based on the price, but based on those views..the food isnt the highlight.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but the restaurant is fabulous. Delicious Oysters Rockefeller, good lobster tail and seafood courses, a well chosen wine list and a great view!

We toured the hotel for a future visit. We found the staff friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and clean. Visitors to the hotel gathered in the fireplace area and treated to a beautiful view of Monterey Bay.

Provided review on Google maps, as follows: Impeccable service. Great view, from all tables (tip: in the winter months, for dinner make early evening reservations, to enjoy the view while there is still daylight). Excellent food quality,. Both my wife's scallops (a special for the day), and my swordfish, were cooked to utter perfection. A true pleasure. Pricey, yes (and don't expect large portions), and worthy of every last penny. My new favorite place!ws:

Very comfortable I liked it didn't like that the hot tub closed so early and I didn't like that over night vallet was not included of the price I paid I just think I should know about that before hand and restrooms show be posted maybe small signs I walked around that hotel and almost had an accident because I had know idea where it was

The fireplace was beautiful and so was the scenery, we almost spent hours just sitting and talking in that atmosphere. Great place!

This place is nice. Clean, Great view from our corner suite. Schooners was good food, great service. Valet was punctual and all staff was friendly

At a walking distance from fisherman's wharf and montrray aquarium. Our room had great seaside view. Room service was a ring away and prompt. Staff was very welcoming. Highly recommed the breakfast package whch includes tasty breakfast at cost of few dollars. The mandatory $27 charge for parking and WiFi was disappointing. Which 4star hotel does that?

Sister was violently ill most of the night (we think from chipotle ) in the middle of the night and the staff brought up helpful, caring smiles and a wheelchair so I could bring her to the ER . I am very grateful to have been in such a beautiful , positive environment to relax in for the wkd. I can't wait to take my hubby here!!! Everyone should come here at least once in their life

The view of the hotel is unique as the sea at your feet. Recommend this hotel.

Speaking from my experience, this hotel needs to work on the service and management. Rooms are not ready on time , lack of accommodation . We had to sit in the lobby for hours , exhausted . Plenty of much nicer hotels around charging less money (paid $400 for a view room) .

Beautiful and well cared for property toward what now is the end of a Cannery Row. The views are beautiful especially for the rooms look out over the ocean. Quite a thrill when you're in the upper floors and see storms rolling in off the ocean as Lightning breaks off the coast. Haven't stayed for a while not sure what the restaurants are like now...

This visit to the Plaza was specifically for the restaurant, Schooners. Excellent clam chowder, my favorite in all of Monterey Bay. The service is typically great, and much of the other food is delish as well.

The nicest hotel in Monterey did not disappoint! The room was exquisite, the view incredible, and the jacuzzis on top of the building overlooking the ocean are truly something. Great amenities. The restaurant had some of the best seafood I've had to date and the service was impeccable - particularly from the manager, James.

Always a Great place to relax and visit. Balcony rooms with water below your room otters, seals, and a occasionally grey whales during the migrations (if you're lucky). Right on Cannery Row, with easy walks to what ever you may need.

Great location but way way overpriced for value delivered. We paid $350 for a room with a view of the street. Nice common areas but rooms very generic and drab. Would not stay again.

Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The spa was also fantastic. We did not have a chance to try the restaurant as there are so many options around.

Greatest hotel near the ocean. Great service. They even have goodie bags for my toddler. Beautiful rooms with comfortable beds. We loved it here. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend.

Sat by the sire place outside and enjoyed the view. Had a coffee at Peet's wish they had extended hours!
