Upon checkin very professional staff. I like the way they use the iPad.
The room itself was a suite on the 8th floor, 70 sqm. Very nice with a big king size bed, two big flat screen TVs, one in bedroom and one in living room. Even a smaller TV in the mirror in the bathroom, was trying hard to get sound out of it, but didn't manage to.
Bathroom has two sinks, bathtub and shower. There's an extra toilet next to the entrance of the room.

There are some issues to be a 5 star hotel, like the tea cups wasn't clean enough.
When taking a shower the water doesn't run of that easy, so you'll end up with feet under water hoping it doesn't make it way out.
2 portable stereos has only connection for older iPhones. If you have iPhone 5 they'll send you an adapter upon request. If you have iPhone 6 you simply can't play music from your phone using them, as the phone is larger than the stand.
I would have thought a 5 star hotel would be up to date with such things.
One major issue is, I always sleep with earplugs, always. I've slept in rooms much smaller than this suite and slept through without a problem. Despite its size I could hear a lot of what was going on outside, although the bedroom itself is tucked away far from the door to corridor, I could hear my neighbours on both sides and on top.

The positive: Really nice big bed, nice pillows, furniture is amazing. I received the bar as complementary, was a apart of my price. They do have 5 complementary mineral water bottles in the room. In room dining was quick, took only 10-15 min. When calling the service you'll get to My Mira, the staff speaks good English and are professional. Fast wifi.
Breakfast was really good.

If I would have stayed here longer my rating might have been different. Despite the negatives which I hope they fix, the standard of the suite is really good.

Our family and friends stayed here due to my sisters wedding for a couple of days. I encountered with the same staff for check in and out, who was very unfriendly and rude. NATALIE. the small little angry bird, hope you fix your attitude. Even though facilities were great, the service overall were very disappointing to downgrade the whole hotel. Good job guys

Very nice modern hotel in the heart of the shopping area. Rooms are a bit dated, but the pool and hot tub are excellent.

After the hotel was refurbished, it was very grand. The floor of the lobby was very high. My mother remembered that it was the Laguna Theatre (if I remembered it). The old theaters are like the Lee Stage. They have magnificent seats. They are in the restaurant on the basement of the lobby. When I look up, I can see that the beautiful and noble crystal lamps are impossible to appear in the new matchbox-shaped hotel.
Be careful. Don t want to park if you want to park.

Fabulous place to stay, right in the middle of everything in Kowloon.

Miramar Hotel is one of the best hotels in Hong Kong. In the past, Miramar had its main building and new building. The current Miramar shopping mall is the location of the old building that year. The new museum has also been re-established as the current Miramar Hotel and renamed Mira Hotel. Miramar has always been an important point in Tsim Sha Tsui, where the influx is located.

i don t go to Mira Hong Kong for shopping or dine in cos if i need something, i would go to ocean centre and ocean terminal,

Superior hotel, the equipment environment is first-class, of course, the price is also first-class.

Amazing hotel. Classy, upscale and the service is out of this world. All of the staff goes out of their way to serve you. We enjoyed the suite and club level amenities. The pool and Hookah bar are a must see!

Quality - price very good! Stylish hotel with a lot of services for guests, and very good employees that will take care of you for everything you need. Close to the mrt.

The staff is very attentive and the suites are amazing. I highly recommend this hotel--and the suites--the next time you want to stay in/near Kowloon. The location is also pretty good if you like shopping, access to MTR, and want to walk a little.

Great Hotel in the of heart of TST.
Mira Hotel is an excellent option for the ones who like to stay in the middle of the shopping district of TST Hong Kong. It's conveniently connected to the mall. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean. It looked family friendly too.

Great location. Complimentary airport express bus from Kowloon drops you off a few hundred meters from Mira. Many good eateries nearby.

Excellent outdoor lounge. Perfect for weekends when the weather is decent and your looking for an escape from the hustle and bussle of TST. Great assortment beverage and hookah options as well as a house dj playing chill tracks which provides great atmosphere for small group to chat and catch up.

The music is noisy to 24.00, poor soundproofing, not good rest.

The location is very convenient, it is very convenient to go shopping, and the price is very good, just happened to meet the hotel to do a wine tasting, 450HKD one tried a very good red wine, this is the biggest surprise!

The room is small but the bed is very comfortable, there are many places to eat and go around the hotel.

Access is very good anywhere in the city center. The hotel was decorated like a club but the room and service were comfortable. There were many types of breakfast, too.
It is also convenient for shopping because it is directly connected to the shopping mall.
However, please be aware of this point as there is little benefit from Marriott members.

Location is great, lots of food and shopping around it. The king bed is hard on the center.

I've stayed at the hotel 4 times this year so far and it never disappoints.
Located near TST mtr and few steps from bustling shopping area, yet inside the hotel it never gets too noisy or rowdy.
I used to stay at the Renaissance at wanchai but didn't like the crowd, so I really appreciate this.
Club lounge is lovely and also never gets too crowded, food at breakfast and cocktail hour are well thought out as well.
Housekeeping is on top of everything, room is made promptly, it is nice returning to a clean room.

The points of Fujian cuisine are acceptable. I ordered the black zucchini crab and it was a bit tricky!

The rooms and breakfast were fine, however the music noise at night, while trying to sleep, from the courtyard would stop me from visiting againg

Nice hotel staff very polite and helpful. Rooms clean and a fair size, they come with a mini fridge. Free wifi in the hotel and wifi on the go with the wifi buddy which is supplied free of charge to carry around with you outside of the hotel. Close to star ferry and underground train stations nice breakfast. I
Hightly recommend this hotel.

Spotless rooms and bathrooms, which made it easy for me being a hygiene freak. The location is convenient as well with the MTR subway nearby making it easy to travel around the city. The staff were attentive and made you feel prominent. Would definitely visit again!

Nice hotel 10 minutes from the train station which provides direct access to the airport.

Location of hotel is within a few mins walk to TST MTR. There is a mall (Mira Place) that connects to the hotel. Hotel entrance is a little narrow, and the deco theme is black and white with lots of mirrors and lights. The ceiling height is a little low, but compensated with the mirrors. Room size is typical HK style, ie compact but comfortable. Nice rain showers in the bath. Bed, pillow and linen are clean and comfortable. Like their design of the mineral water container. Buffet area is hidden behind the check-in. A little costly for bf at 250HKD. Staffs are polite and helpful with map and directions. Recommended.

The hotel is good, not too far from Tsim Sha Tsui Station, about 10 minutes away. But every day, it s full of tiredness. The nearby restaurants are all chain-type, but several local restaurants are honestly not very friendly to tourists. The double bed is 150 cm and can sleep two big and one small; or the double bed is 120 cm, which can sleep two big and two small. The bed is full of comfort and it is ~

Without a doubt one of the most amazing hotels I have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The spa and pool are unbelievable and our room (suite) was incredible.
Was able to get free bus transfer from the train station.

Property is a bit tired, could use some maintenance. Famous location though, don't forget to type your passwords under the sheets.

The hotel is marketed as an SPG branded hotel, yet SPG Platinum members do not receive lounge access. Hotel carpets on all floors are smelly and haven't been cleaned in prob years.Very narrow ceilings , tiny and dark rooms, everything seems to cry for a make over. Spa very average. Gym small and smelly. The location in the heart of TST is the only asset. There are countless good hotels in HK, no reason to end up here.

The central location of Kowloon is full of people, food and shopping are very convenient.

Love the hotel. Great hotel staff, closed to evey thing in HK. You can walk to Victoria Harbor, Kawloon Park and shopping malls, street food! Love love kove the swimming pool. Great breakfast buffet!

Nice and central, walk most places. No airport shuttle or shuttle to any Stations at all. Rooms are adequate, for the price and no extras, the discerning travellers should shop around.

Ok hotel in good location close to TST station. Rooms relative small. Intends to be 5*, rate it more like a 4* Deluxe. Good food and beverage. Shopping right attached.
