Excellent service and fast check in as I had a suite and there s a dedicated check in desk on the 15th floor. I ve stayed 3 times and each time was great. The suite comes with complimentary buffet - again on the 15th floor. The food quality is excellent as it comes from the Michelin recommended restaurants and bakery in the hotel. Bedding and towels were top notch. Ceilings are a bit on the low side but my room was pretty big, a couple of doors in the bathroom cabinet needed repair. Views are ok on the Kowloon park side. The location is very convenient just a couple hundred meters from the metro entrance and right in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui.

Great hotel located in the heart of TST. 5 min walk from MTR and plenty of shops and restaurants on your doorstep (M&S food opposite for any British peeps missing home!) I met plenty of helpful staff, inc bright and cheery maid, very helpful front desk and also great health club.

Poor maintenance of a 5 star hotel. The floor mat has broken. No warning sign. Dangerous to pedestrian.

This was my first time staying here. The location was fantastic, the staff were friendly, and they even upgraded me to a suite the second and third night. The breakfast was delicious, with several regional choices. The only thing that would have made things better would have been club lounge access or additional perks for platinum members. The hotel was a block away from the A21 airport bus drop off. Plenty of shopping and dinning options in walking distance. I will differently stay here again.

The location is very convenient. It takes three minutes to go north of Tsim Sha Tsui Station Exit B. The shuttle bus of the Airport Express Kowloon Station did not arrive at the gate, but one of the lines had a nearby restaurant and it was 5 minutes. The hotel is part of a large shopping mall, from the underground second floor elevator card to the guest room floor. There are many delicious restaurants nearby, but because there are a lot of tourists in this area, it is best to read the comments before you visit to avoid being thundered. The room is OK, the design is good, the overall space is very good. The color tone is based on dark black and the lighting is fashionable, but I personally prefer a brighter color. There are plenty of choices for breakfast, and there is a Hong Kong-style breakfast with ham and noodle noodles. Coffee is directly given to a small pot, and the quality and service are of a certain standard.

I have travelled to Hong Kong on 12 different occasions and stayed for two to three weeks each time. I stayed at the Mira each time. The rooms were well furnished and well maintained. I fully enjoyed the breakfast buffet each day before I left for work. It is located down the block from both a 7-Eleven and a Marks and Spencer food store, so I could buy the small things you always need. And it was connected to the Mira Mall, a fine place to wander around. By walking down Nathan, I would run into at least two large malls - The One and iSquare. And the walk down to Harbour City and the Star Ferry was quite short. The MTR stop was only two blocks away. Great location and great hotel. And the staff were wonderful, helpful and always accommodating.
I'm retiring soon and will not be travelling to Hong Kong again. I will miss staying at the Mira. My best wishes to the hotel and its staff.

A cheap hotel that shouldn't be affiliated with Marriott. There aren't any perks for Platinum members, service was less than enthusiastic, and most importantly the room (I'm in a presidential!) is cheap and dirty; the fake wood is covered in markings, and the floor isn't vaccuumed.

Please note that I travel to HK five times a year, and also extensively around the rest of Asia. This is by far the most disappointing Marriott stay.

Good location in Kowloon. Very friendly and helpful staff at the club floor. Would recommend the club rooms: room on 15th floor, breakfast, free beer/wine/soft drinks and a small buffet between 6 and 8 pm and a free portable wifi make it worth the price in my opinion.

Thanks to Hong Kong protest. I got the very good room in very good low price.

Tea is OK, there are many kinds of food, but the air is frozen.

Good gym and a really nice, decent size indoor swimming pool. Fantastic spa too.
What lets it down is the rooms. Feels worn, they need renovating. Bed was comfortable.
If they just updated the rooms it would come very well recommended.

The location is right along the Nathan Road. It is run by young staff. It is a dark lobby rather than a bright lobby. We think that guest room is large from accommodation costs. Rooms are kept clean and clean. The bathroom is the same as the toilet, and the right side of the shower is the layout of the bathtub on the left. It was cleaned cleanly. I think this hotel is definitely a restaurant hotel. A variety of dishes are available 24 hours a day in the building. There is a booklet of about 2 cm in the room, and there are Chinese and European menus in the room. I think the food in the hotel is delicious. The hotel has a shopping mall that is linked to the building next door. You can take a stroll around the mall. Please try using it.

Well we won our trip (thank you Coca) so obviously it's simpler .... Very expensive but very well located with everything nearby (ferry, metro shops etc ...). Breakfast buffet huge choice and pr 25 (nem, bacon, bread, butter, grilled sole, salmon, omelette and so on). If you have money then this is a very good place (from 150 without breakfast)

Went Whisk for weekend brunch, topped $ on free flow of French oysters, desserts and wine. Value for money!

Nicely designed hotel with a modern feel. Conveniently located n the middle of everything. Do note that this is not a complete SPG hotel and they don't provide all the perks for SPG elite members.

Great hotel, centrally located on Nathan Road just across Kowloon Park.
Renovated rooms with nice amenities, my rood had a separated bath and a big shower.
Very good breakfast with wide selection of both cold and hot dishes.
About 5 min walk to the nearest metro station on Nathan Road.

We went to the Chinese restaurant, they have the best peking duck in HK and the wrap is thin n moist.

Great hotel that near to the metro and shopping malls.
I got a nice and the hotel second largest room, had a great view of the Kowloon park is just across the road.
The swimming is the deepest hotel pool I ever see, it is 2.8 meter deep.
The gym is fully equip and guests are allowed to use the steam room, sauna and jacuzzi.
The bed is very comfortable and the wash room is very clean. I'm very impressed with the check-in staffs, they were handling fussy guests before me and the young lady still can smile and stay professional to check me in.
The hotel is huge with plenty of room on every floor, one of the guest is smoking inside the room near to my room and amazingly there is not bad smell in my room, although the corridor was stink.

Cooler The The W and the food is much better. Best is the Sunday brunch at Whisk. The spa is elegant and great treatments. Service is outstanding and the rooms are fabulous.

The service is excellent, with extremely polite staff and helpful. Anna from the telephone concierge service and Benji were remarkable. While working in the business centre that's 3:39 a.m. I want wanted a bottle bottle of water and it was brought to me within seconds.

the hotel overall is trendy with the facilities listed probably that anyone can access which this review will not cover.

The stay with my fiance here were extremely pleasant that extra touch on different mood lighting really helped us work at different times and rest at different times, which also helped with jetlag and the differences of our sleeping habits.

Will definitely stay there, am now staying in a 5 star hotel on the island but am still thinking about the mira.

Facilities and service were both pretty good. Room was nice, clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the stay overall; didn't have breakfast included so can't comment on the meals.
