Great time at the Miami heat game! Great DJ, energetic mascot, lots of fan appreciation on the screens! Clean establishment now that you can't eat or drink in the stands. Seems dangerous that fans are now just pounding alcoholic beverages in the hallways to get back to their seats to enjoy the game though.
It was dope to be there for the 1st time ever! And it was my birthday so it was definitely awesome!
This is a great venue. Easy to get there and enjoyable from all aspects. The view is amazing from almost every spot.

Loved the safety measures for covid. Enjoyed the attention the staff gave to details about social distancing and making sure we stayed safe. Access was easy, staff was nice, Heat won!
They were grossly under prepared for the capacity of today's playoff game. Was very unorganized. I ordered food in the second quarter and it didn't get ready until after the game was over and then they gave us a hard time even getting it. Then the Heat got blown out. Complete waste of money.

American Airlines arena, soon to be known as FTX arena has provided me with historical memories that will be stored in my the vault of my brain forever. I have never been disappointed at any sports event or concert and have been to hundreds of them. This iconic building in the heart of downtown Miami has brought me more joy in the past 10 years than most people have. Yes, I admit that I sometimes am privileged to have the capability and access to areas of the building most people never see. Most people do not realize the diligent hard work and tenacity that goes into setting up a concert like Madonna or Drake My first job was working for Richard Branson as an intern at virgin records. Times have changed, but I still get chills as I stare while the stages are being built each One ubiquitous to the other. Each time I hear the national anthem live no matter how it is displayed tears form in my eyes. One of my favorite venues in South Florida. I will miss it!
Great game. HEAT vs BULLS. We took the Grandkids for their first time and had a ball! We got our faces on the Jumbo-Cam too...
