I do not understand why this place has therapists that work after hours (either remotely or in the community) but their offices are only open until 5, and their "answering service" won't page anyone... all they can do is leave a message for the therapist, which they won't receive until the office opens in the morning.

Totally useless if you're having an issue logging into Telehealth online or if you need to communicate with your therapeutic mentor who is en route to your home. Beyond frustrating.

Three stars are for the actual therapists, who seem like pretty good people, if tied up by a bit too much red tape.

Great professional counselor and medicine Doctor. I m so thankful for their help. Their very attentive to your needs. I for one received great counseling and medicines that I really needed. They do ask you if you want to try out a med, they don t force you to take it. They also have a great counseling team if your in need after hours for them to come out to you. I hope this helps out those who are looking for help.

The cypress counseling center is the absolute worst place to seek help for mental health. They are incompetent, unreliable and quite frankly disrespectful to the people that seek their assistance. It s a useless money making SCAM!
Shame on you for taking advantage of citizens that really need help.
Do NOT send your loved ones to this fraudulent, incompetent joke of a mental health center.

What a joke this place is. Case manager seems disorganized. Falsified information in my records. Poor management of client's cases, and unprofessional staff. I will not be using this agency any longer.

Always helpful! Some of the most caring and amazing people I have ever met work here. Lots of different programs to help with different parts of my life. They listen, and care about my goals. I would never wanna work with any different team of people!!

Wow for a business in mental health there not there for me , my primary care provider recommended me to call them. I called and reached some call center that was connected to them. Seems there too busy with others????Took them 6 days to call me back it . Went to my voicemail I called right back just to get back in que for scheduling. I should have read these awful reviews first. The kicker is a lot of us are struggling mentally and weak to reach out for help especially when we need help . But to be stuck on a phone tag to be heard is even more depressing.

The DBT program literally saved our daughters' lives. Very compassionate and caring and highly skilled counselors (especially Iphi Hatt). Highly recommended.

Treatment based 100% on medication.I had hope they are helping people learn to manage emotions and teaching how to manage emotional stress. But its not .choices of services is very limited. The managers are not respectful for the costumers. The choice of time for the appointments is very limited, just ones a week on the phone, and its doesn t make any sense but costs you a lot of money. You can get much more good information from books and other people. The price is too much money for the phone conversation ones a week or phone conversation using the computer screen. The business office and billing department is not responsible, dishonest and never return your calls. They are note helpful.

I've been with the center for over 35 years excellent service

The Mental Health Center provides great care. The admin staff are helpful and the counselors are highly skilled. If my counselor is out for a day, there is always someone that reaches out if I need someone. The nurses and medical assistants are very caring and help me stay on track with my medications.
