I do not understand why this place has therapists ...

I do not understand why this place has therapists that work after hours (either remotely or in the community) but their offices are only open until 5, and their "answering service" won't page anyone... all they can do is leave a message for the therapist, which they won't receive until the office opens in the morning.

Totally useless if you're having an issue logging into Telehealth online or if you need to communicate with your therapeutic mentor who is en route to your home. Beyond frustrating.

Three stars are for the actual therapists, who seem like pretty good people, if tied up by a bit too much red tape.
