Waitress was fantastic and so were the chicken wings
This place is real cool. Very nice staff. Good drinks also!
Seems to be run by a French guy who was so rude. Avoid!!! Everyone was horrid! Avoid!!!!!
Kind of like a place you would go to watch a UFC fight.....
This place is quaint and cozy, a very comfortable place to hang out. They have very pretty bartenders who are friendly and fun to talk to. Great place to hang out before a Broadway show.
Very clean and convenient spot. They provide generous meals and for reasonable prices. We liked the food a lot and the staff members were very affable and informative. Will definitely recommend this restaurant.
great pub, friendly staff. Loved the live music too.
Expensive drinks, but worth it. This place is always filled with fun out going people.
Just go there and you'll see for yourself. Everything is exceptional.
Fantastic and fresh food, I liked the character the place has, and the employees were super nice. I will definitely come back in the future.
Great sports bar. Huge TVs so great view everywhere. Lots of nice drinks and good service.
Great music! Decent drinks. Lots of younger people.
Great place for quick refreshments before watching a Broadway Show.
I ordered the Shepherd's Pie. Horrible!!! Only ate two or three bites of it.
Friendly Irish Bar in the heart of theatre district
Staff very friendly and attentive
Good varies beer selection
Food available, but can't comment as we only called in for beers
Toilets clean and well maintained
Bizzarely you can buy some English food staples here, if you long for the English equivalent of an item....chocolate bars, beans, peas teabags etc
Prices are not high, cheerful, friendly staff. The place is popular, so it is not always possible to get there.
I have been there several times but this particular time made me officially hate. My friend went to an empty seat to rest for a bit while the busboy was cleaning up the table. All of a sudden we were being escorted out without explanation. Turns out some college kids brought in those tiny liquor bottles which were found empty at that table and the busboy simply pointed to us since we happen to be there at the moment. I argued with the fat, short mgr and told him to check his cameras before assuming. After much yelling at him, he then said we can stay. This happened Halloween wkd 2019.
This is our go-to spot after cheer practice. Great service, food, and drinks! We'll be back!
Our Bartender who I don't know his name was super friendly and quick with the drinks. The music was jamming and the spot was clean. If I am ever in NY again I will definitely return.
so much fun... Irish pub that plays Spanish and a variety of dance music
Love this bar it's my favorite place in the city n if you get to drunk to go home there's a few of hotels less than two blocks away
Visited on the recommendation of a friend. All 3 in my party ordered burgers and all were excellent. I had the bacon cheeseburger and I dare say it was the best burger I've ever had. The atmosphere is lively and a little loud, but I wouldn't have wanted it any other way. And the service was perfect from the timing of the food and drink refills to his personality.
over-hyped place. arrogant security guards and rude bartenders. lots of tourists that don't know any better. drinks are very weak and the place is filthy. the security guard at the front turned away some guy in front of us?! wouldn't let him in. what is this place studio 51? it's just an over-hyped fake Irish pub that makes you feel like they are doing you a favor letting you in. get outta here with that.
Delicious food! Great atmosphere! 5 of us sat immediately and were in and out within an hour just in time for our show.
Recently popped in just to have a look one afternoon whilst visiting from Ireland and ended up spending the best part of the day in fabulous bar being tended to by Pajo a barman hailing from west Donegal, we d a great conversation about boxing and his knowledge is second to none. If in the area pop and see this great bar
Definitely a fun atmosphere to dance and grab a drink
Great fun, super touristy spot.
Karaoke with a dance floor is a big plus.
Such a great place to party. The staff are amazing. They facilate a great party but with great security so therefore no hassle
Very noisy. Food decent, service slow. Bar atmosphere.
Good place to have a beer or a cocktail accompanied by good live music. We even had dinner and the food is good, we ordered a shepherd pie and a grilled cheese sandwich. They also have multiple screens to watch different sports.
Just got back from four days in NYC,and was in this bar every night.Me and the wife love this bar, they have great employees, lovely bartenders, especially Sligo and West Chester, cheers girls!
Always a good time after around 11 pm. Weekdays or weekends.
Don't get me wrong, I know I must have came here or else google maps wouldn't have put it in my review queue. That said, I have no specific memories of visiting this establishment, which is not bad, not positive, but not bad. Neutral is fine, I mean, do people really expect to be elated after a damn meal anyways? You come in, you eat, you leave. Period.
Spent a couple of nights here. Was a nice venue with a good live band. Drinks were weak and quite expensive though.
Great bar close to the 42 and is the only few bars in nyc that is full Monday-Thursday .
Dino from Hunkamania brought us to this bar and we had an amazing time. it was a group of 20 girls that attended our bachelorette party and we did our after party at the mean fiddler, we did not even know this place existed but I'm so happy that Dino brought us here and now that we know it exist we will be back, great staff and a great space
A really fun bar to come to. We make sure we stop here for a drink before a show. Michelle s a great bartender make sure you stop in and see her!!
Went on the 4th of July and had a great night. Drinks aren't bad priced either for NY.
Great Irish bar, especially to watch sports. Genuine Irish staff and Irish food. Would recommend.
Don't go to this place!
I would like to specify that you do not pay entry to this "pub".
At about 1.30am the "manager" of this "pub" approached telling us that we would have to drink to stay there, when my friends and I had already spent 70 $ in drinks .. Probably some bartenders didn't do their job well and it was a misunderstanding, but the point is that the "manager" was not able to recover the situation that had gotten out of hand, and instead of sitting down he insulted us and ruined our evening.
So, disgusting and degrading service and certainly not cheap.
Not alot of seating for after work, good prices but touristy
The greatest Irish pub in the world. Perfect for Ceol agus craic. Well priced, lovely food with a great atmosphere especially around 6pm when there is live Irish music. Friday nights are amazing when it turns into a club. Only downside is the $8 beer, but it's worth it. Up the J1s
Nice restaurant, and great bar/ night club after dinner!
The Hamburger and fries are really good but the drinks need some work!
Went and had a few drinks here with a group of friends. This bar was welcoming and had some decent live music. Everyone was singing along and having a good time!! Deff will put this on my to do list next time in Manhattan
White females dont want to dance with Hispanics ......
I really love the integrity of this place, i left my cards there and they had no problem holding them.drinks all depend on bartender, good music and a very mixed crowd.id go back .a little pricey but worth it!!
A fun and lively experience just outside of Times Square. Ask for Shane, he has by far the best customer service I ve ever seen!
Very nice bar with not the most expensive (relatively) food
Great Irish bar, great food. Bartenders friendly !! Highly recommend!
