Very Well-Run, Growing & Financially-Stable Company. I have worked at TMC for more than 8 years. It is awesome to work at a fast-paced company that is well-run, growing, and financially-stable. I'm surrounded by extremely-bright people who challenge me to succeed. This is not a company for people who want to sit around, do nothing, and collect a paycheck. Every day, I ask myself, "Where did the day go?" And, every morning, I look forward to going to work. The senior executives are cracker jack and take time to mentor the employees. I've been given many opportunities at TMC. Also, this is a very women-friendly company. But, there is a great, collaborative environment for men and women. There is a nice blend of younger and older people. Overall, just a GREAT company to work for. I am blessed.

I've worked at McGowan for 13 years. It is one of the largest and fastest-growing firms of its type in the United States. And, my colleagues and I love working there. It is owned by the McGowan family, who deeply care about their employees and their customers. The work is challenging and fast-paced. I started at an entry-level job and was provided lots of opportunity to grow. The company doubles in size every year or two. The CEO is awesome... he's hilarious, "down-to-earth," and approachable. All of the top executives are great people. McGowan has a great culture. I'm truly blessed to work at McGowan!
