Worked for McLemore for 7 years cleaning buildings in several locations and always found the managers to be fair and understanding. I would recommend McLemore to anyone looking for a little extra money pay is good
Im gone be straight up. They offer good jobs. I started with them in 2010. But when i left to a better job. Marcos got dirty and put in my file (a no show). So i can't get rehired. The company is almost 90% Hispanic so no raises, no team leader position. Unless you Hispanic. Just telling it like it is. They look out for there own. If you a female and your supervisor is Marcos, You get privileges. Can't put it online but he has a wondering eye for women.
I worked for this company for maybe 2 months. I am now needing a corrected W2 and I am getting the run around from them. They do not care about their employees unless it is one that is a yes man. They lie to get you in the company then do not hold up to what they said in the interview.
They will work you like a dog cleaning 8 building by yourself in expect it to be done in eight hours

This is one of the most unprofessional company I ever worked for. The mangers in the Beaumont district are horrible. You never get the supplies you need on time. I work for them for almost 3 years with outstanding work performance and never got a raise. I just couldn't do it anymore. They need to get their **** together and look @ these so called mangers that they have in charge and start firing them. It would do their company alot of good. But I do thank them for the experience. Now I really know what not to look for in a job.
I have worked for McLemore for several year now as a single mom it s a great place to work for. With their flexible work schedules it has allowed me to spend precious time with my children. I would highly recommend anyone looking to earn extra money to go apply everyone at McLemore is friendly.
I work for McLemore Maintenance here in VA. It's been an honor serving the company we have a contract with. The people here are very challenging very set with in there own qualities, there own way. An yet each day I'm giving the strength, I show them what McLemore is made of. Horrible company to work for, management is awful and extremely unprofessional. They short your checks and lie about pay. If your not Hispanic don't even waste your time
