Our Property Manager Aaron Walker is wonderful. More specifically, he's very available, will call back fast if in a meeting or away from phone, and gets the question or concern quickly. Also, the President of the Colorado Division of The Management Trust - Tim Bryan - is awesome, having assembled a great team and managing them to be of complete service. Finally, Darcie Moore handles many communication systems and is one of our real heroes at The Management Trust. I've worked with 6 property management firms over the past 16 years, interviewed a dozen more, and am committed that this employee-owned company is the best!

Our property manager Chris Crawford is excellent to work with. He has good follow-up and a high level of knowledge regarding everything property. If he does not have the answer he will either find it or suggest avenues to pursue the answer. The company as a whole is also responsive. As a Board member I really enjoy their education sessions. This company is doing far more than what our previous company did for us. The transition from one company to another was rocky at first but they worked very closely with us to get it all ironed out.
