My wife and I are adding to our family and we needed some detail dusting and allergen removal from our home. The ladies that came in to clean were punctual, polite and extremely accommodating. I left with my dogs while they were there and came back 2.5hrs later to a spotless, clean smelling, polished home, with all that I had asked to be done, finished with a shine!!! my wife and I were both extremely impressed by the service and outcome. Definitely worth the time and money..

As a new customer I was surprised to have them cancel my scheduled appointment at the last minute. I was more concerned when Sarah told me the reason for the cancellation was because they re having trouble keeping employees, they keep quitting and leaving. Either way, they weren t very professional and they seem unorganized. I m going with another company. Also, their website said they were BBB accredited with an A+ rating but the BBB says that they aren t.

The best cleaning company I have ever used! They had a lot to do as my back has been out for weeks and did not disappoint! If you need any cleaning, please give The Maids a call. They are top-notch!!!

Absolutely amazing! My house is sparkling like a diamond. There has been a stubborn stain in the shower grout since I moved in- it's gone! My oven and fridge are looking great, it feels brand new in here. Excited for my next cleaning already. The women who came wore masks and gloves, were so kind and got right down to work. Sara the manager was responsive, accommodating and friendly. All in all this is the best cleaning experience I've had after trying three other companies. Highly recommend.

Wow! Impressive. The Maids got right to work as soon as they walked in. I ve had other housecleaning companies and they didn t compare. The other cheaper places didn t do baseboards and they just dusted my stuff. The Maids actually Cleaned it with a solution. They really scrubbed the outside of the stove, the bathroom, the baseboards, window sills and even the doors! They cleaned the outside of my cabinets and glass inserts so well they shine again. All the corners are cleaned in the whole house not like the cheaper places. I like that they work in pairs of two -very fast for all the work they did. Spend the extra money for this professional company and get it done right- you ll be happy

They arrive as a team (3-5 people) and clean like bees for an hour ish and then depart. The house is polished and clean and not with chemicals. I love The Maids teams and process!

It s hard to communicate with the cleaning crew. I am very particular about cleaning, I tried to give them instructions apparently they weren t followed. They left surfaces dusty, rugs weren t vacuumed properly... it was my second time with the maids and it was rushed. I like things cleaned a certain way, they have their own guidelines to follow. I will not be using the maids again.

This company is okay for people whose desperate for work! All the hard physical work for a small amount of money and not enough hours. And they lie and say it s a full time job but it s really part time Good Luck

We used The Maids to clean my daughter's college apartment after move-out. It was in desperate need of a deep clean before new tenants could move it. The Maids provided a quick and gracious response with short notice at a busy time. The staff was courteous and professional, and very conscientious. We especially appreciated the extra attention to sanitizing and disinfecting, given the COVID situation. Highly recommend and will use them again!

There was five young ladies on the PINK team who cleaned my place. They did an excellent job. They each had different responsibilities for cleaning. Very good teamwork! When one of the team members finished their work they would see if the other team members needed help. Before the ladies left, they asked me to inspect everything and if I had questions to let them know. The last thing was pretty cool. They asked if I needed them to take my garbage to the dumpster!

The women at the Maids are amazing, professional, and really good at what they do!! I would highly recommend them for any of your cleaning needs.

We had a deep clean done by a large crew which would have taken my wife and all weekend. We were very pleased with the work, The Maids were extremely thorough. Well worth it.

I thankfully have found The Maids a few months of ago and have been using them consistently ever since each month. I honestly think they have been getting better with their job and I'm impressed they find little details that I notice that need cleaning and they take care of it.

The team was so hard working and pleasant. They wore masks, gloves and shoe covers, made the place shine, moved items you wouldn t expect in order to clean behind or underneath them and were efficient. We prefer a team, because the visit time is shorter.
