As a new customer I was surprised to have them cancel my scheduled appointment at the last minute. I was more concerned when Sarah told me the reason for the cancellation was because they re having trouble keeping employees, they keep quitting and leaving. Either way, they weren t very professional and they seem unorganized. I m going with another company. Also, their website said they were BBB accredited with an A+ rating but the BBB says that they aren t.
