The best macaroons in the world! I love both the coconut and the almond and can t choose so I always get a half pound of each and they don t last long! Almond are best straight out of the freezer. Great customer service.

Going to the macaroon shop was a great experience. The staff was very courteous and attentive. I was able to even have the pleasure of meeting the owner. Who took time out to show me and explain all the wonderful delicious treats that they make.
I was very impressed with how many items they make and how beautiful the cakes are.
It s nice clean and friendly and I would recommend everyone going there .
They even have gluten free cakes in their display, which many bakeries don t .
The gluten free woo pie pies are amazing !

Always excellent and creative cakes and baked goods. While other bakeries in the area had lines outside their stores, the Macaroon Shop had a surprising number of staff on hand to take orders and to expedite all sales. Outstanding!!

We frequent the Macaroon Shop for rolls, crumb cakes, birthday and other special cakes and of course the macaroons and cookies. We have never been disappointed. Always good service and you can call ahead and order even the small things. Same great quality products every time!

Best ever for cakes. I ordered my wifes Bday cake Sept 4th it was spectular it was of the beach an ocean them besides delicious it was soo beautiful an she loved it especially the turtle an sand. They have best nacaroons and today i was greeted with A free 1 2 pound od macaroons the wonen in the gave me assorted ones they are sooo anazing ive been coming here 20 yrs now I LOVE THE MACAROON SHOP AVON BY SEA

We love this bakery. They make the most creative cakes. Besides the artistry, the taste is fantastic. The cake is very light and the butter cream is creamy, and not too heavy. Definitely use them for your special occasion

We live in North Jersey and heard about The Macaroon Shop when we were staying at the nearby Inn at the Shore B&B in Belmar. One of the other guests told us we could walk there! Oh boy were we happy to find you!

We get cookies here every time we are in the area! We get 3 types of macaroons regular, chocolate and almond. The butter cookies are amazing too.

We always visit you when we are down the shore !

I have always enjoyed the Macaroon Shop since it started in Ocean Grove in the late 1960s. As I've gotten older, I find the pastries, brownies etc too sweet, actually. But I certainly highly rate it. My favorite baked goods were served years ago at the Avon By the Sea Tea Room. The chocolate or citrus cakes tasted homemade..as they probably were! Not sickly sweet or over iced or too oily .Guess I'll have to start baking my own! I wish bakeries would offer these simpler cakes.
