Worst lawyers ever!!

My mom has a case with these people and it's been MORE THAN 2 YEARS AND NOTHING.

First, they had a paralegal that kept sending a document in the wrong format, IT TOOK MONTHS UNTIL THEY SENT IT CORRECTLY TO THE NVC. When the NVC finally approved it, they called my mom and told her that the paralegal was fired. Thank you I guess?? What about the money spent during the time? And what about the time my mom has been waiting??

Second, my mom had a concern about an issue she had before, she told them from the beginning and kept telling them, because we might not be immigration lawyers but we use our COMMON SENSE, but all they said was "Don't worry!" So if this was the previous paralegal fault, the new one assigned to her case should have studied it and realized the MOST IMPORTANT DOCUMENT WAS MISSING. But no, they even called her a week prior to the interview and told her that if she needed that document to call them they would do it for her. Seriously? YOU HIRE A LAWYER SO THEY CAN HAVE EVERYTHING READY FOR THE APPLICANT'S INTERVIEW.

The day of the interview, other people told her that their lawyers took MONTHS NOT YEARS during this process.

At the interview, they asked her for the document that was missing and you know the rest of the story, she has to go back. So my mom call her "lawyer" and all they say is "We can do it, you just need to pay $4000" additionally to the $3000+ she already paid them and the time spent. Oh but not just that, they want my mom's husband to lie, something that could put his job at risk. WHERE DO YOU EXPECT TO GET MORE MONEY FROM IF HE LOSES HIS JOB?

SO IF YOU WANT TO HIRE THESE PEOPLE, YOU MIGHT AS WELL THROW A COUPLE THOUSANDS DOLLARS TO THE TRASH AND DO IT YOURSELVES.
