A little disappointed with my experience. The first thing that disappointed me was their limited nail polish color options but the most disappointing thing was that the very next day, one of my shellac nails chipped. It wasn t super bad, but I ve never had a shellac manicure chip so quickly. It also seemed like my nail tech had double booked herself because for half my manicure she had another client waiting to get her hair done which stressed me out a bit worrying that she would rush with me to get to her next client. Overall, compared to other places I ve been, the quality of my manicure was a little less than I hoped for. It s the holidays so I m very busy, I work 12 hour shifts, and I don t live close by so I just don t have the time to go back and have them fix it though they were willing to do so for free. Not a horrible place, the lady who did my nails was friendly enough.

They reached out again to me and apologized. They even switched their Saturday schedule around a bit to fit my schedule for me to come back to get my nail fixed. Great customer service. I would give them another shot

She got the job done but boy she was just so rough. I was just more than ready to leave then sit there and complain. She actually tugged some of my hair out of my head from brushing so hard. The smoothing iron was way too high for my fine curly hair. She put on the heat protectant and automatically but the flat iron on my hair, causing it to pop on to my scalp. My hair is more than sore and I believe my scalp was burnt. I think she was a tier three stylist and I don t understand why she s so rough. Hair looks decent because it s not a hard service but I m in pain. I know I have a lot of piercings too but I feel as if my piercings were going to be ripped out of my ear. So frustrated but didn t want to make a scene. Kind of overpriced for the end result and roughness. I wish I just did it myself. I do hair too and I know these things are avoidable. Not being too biased, just in pain.

I have been going to Brittney B. at the look salon for about 5 years now and have never, ever been disappointed. Britt even did my wedding hair along with my bridal party this past October! I would not trust anyone else to touch my hair & I constantly get compliments on my color. I have also gotten a couple of massages here & they have been wonderful as well- I always recommend the look salon.

Absolutely love this Salon. Sol (the Brazilian lady) does an excellent job! She has been taking care of my hair after salons reopened and I m always happy with the result when I leave. Also love that I can have a little wine while getting my hair done!

I went at this place feeling scared because my experience in an American salons wasn t good. Actually, were tragedies!! The first good news when I was waiting for my appointment is there is a Brazilian hairdresser there I immediately took I deep breath!!! I really need had my hair done because days later I was going to a important event. I was postponing giving a chance to another American salon and driving to Newark NJ where there are Brazilian salons. I decided try this place and, I had appointment with LISA an American hairdresser and what a surprise was.. Great surprise, first of all she wasn t in a hurry to finish my balayage which is not a reality in most of American salons, Lisa did an excellent job also she is very kind and polite. I really recommend Lisa even tough she is not Brazilian and doesn t understand the difference between a American vs Brazilian salon, I believe part of the success in this salon is a Brazilian hairdresser who works there because she told me that she is teaching to Americans how to make a visit in this salon a delightful experience without hurry clients up AMAZING!!

Madison did a great job! She is very detailed and very personable. I always go here! Everyone makes you feel comfortable.

Had my first ever Brazilian with Monique and it was a great experience! She made me feel very comfortable and was great conversation. I love my results and will definitely be back!
