A one star review would have been to the point of paying for a ticket, and leaving early because it was so bad. Um, yeah I was that close, but didn't. Where do I start? Well when you first arrive, you are gonna be waiting in a long, painfully slow line. Why? Because there is only one ticket booth that is open on a Friday. When you wait in the line, be sure to read every single word on every single sign, because no where does it tell you that backpacks are not allowed on the mountain. We make are way, after buying the tickets, to the only ski lift open (when the website states 12 out of 15 trails are open, be sure to know only 3 are open) when a rude employee strictly demands all four of us to get rid of our backpacks. We were a little confused, because we never saw any signage or anyone telling us that we couldn't where them while at the ticket booth. She quickly tells us that we need to learn to read, and sarcastically points to three signs next to the ski lift stating you cant where backpacks on the lift, or the mountain. Maybe, take one of those signs and move it to the front? Before people get all the way to the ski lift? Anyway, after we come back from putting our backpacks in the car, we see, ah yes, an individual coming off the mountain wearing a backpack. Since this is a review, and not an autobiography, best to know these are the people you may...WILL deal with once you arrive. To describe the mountain itself? Not once has it been maintained that's for sure...actually, if you fancy getting your snowboard or skis scratched, or even broken, by uncovered jagged rocks on the trial (keeping in mind this is a green trail, not black), then you would have a great time! Closes the lift 10 minutes before closing, blah blah blah. Enough for me to never come back, that is for sure! And while I know this is one of my longer reviews, it's one of the more honest and descriptive reviews than most on this website... a 1.5 in stars, if I had the option.
