My wife and I had three great nights here in February 2014. Staff is very friendly and they are interested in your activities while you are staying. We had wonderful reservations in town and at the hotel.

The airport is a bit challenging and United lost our bags each way, but the skiing was worth it. Ski both Ajax and Snowmass if you have time. You'll notice the variety is great. Go during the week and avoid the lines.

Kardashian.... that's right... if its good enough for the Kardashians and Kanye West, its good enough for me. Close to great restaurants and shops, oh and the slopes can't forget the slopes! My home away from home in Aspen!

I had a great time , small town many ways to have fun.

My experience leads to believe that they don't take all of their potential wedding customers seriously. Impossible to communicate with. I set up a phone call multiple times to discuss details and they never bothered to call for our appointment. Three weeks later they reached out asking if I was still interested in speaking to someone. Really disappointed.

The Little Nell occupies the most enviable location in Aspen, at the foot of Aspen Mountain. The bars and restaurant are spot on in terms of both product and service. Great drinks, outstanding food, served by knowledgeable and friendly staff. Amazing place to stay, but also just to enjoy for a meal or a drink. Thanks Little Nell for your hospitality over the years!

We came during the off season so everything was either closed or dead BUT it was a gorgeous place to hang out!

My friend had his wedding at The Little Nell and from what I saw it was very nice, very classy. I went to his room to get my suit and it was very nicely appointed, they even provide canned oxygen since there are very high elevations here in Aspen.

From the room, to the service at the desk and everyone I spoke to the hotel had everything together, and were great in accomodating our last minute room!

I went to The Little Nell to see the Squirrel Nut Zippers show. The show was awesome. The band was super fun and the venue was intimate (the violinist came right up to our table and we head banged together while he tore it up). My only complaint was that there was no dance floor. I mean, we're all supposed to just SIT there!?

Little Nell is the best location in Aspen. The staff is like family.. It's my favorite. The Residences are warm and cozy.

Absolutely Outstanding. All of the high end amenities you could imagine wanting, located at the loading point for the gondola to the top of the mountain, and a five minute walk from Aspen's amazing restaurant district.

The best part, though, was the people: warm, personal, and connected.

We went there in the summer, so the activity focus was on hiking, biking, fishing, and other warm weather activities.

It was our first stay there, but definitely will not be our last.

Crazy scene. People watching is almost better than the food. Lots of entitled look at me types there. Crazy expensive wines but the food is great and has neat flavor combos.

Just had a very special 30th anniversary Little Nell dinner. Food was superb. Service was great, especially from Rebecca - she's very, very good.

Beautiful venue even in the fall. Love the scenery of the mountain...truly a special place on this Earth.

The stay was overall very good. We did have three small issues. I gave them 4 out of 5 stars because of this. The first issue, we attempted to make dinner reservations at the in house restaurant Element 47. The reservation was made then the next day an email arrived explaining that the restaurant was "bought out" for a privet event. The stages helped us find Steak House 316 (which was good but not as romantic as I had hoped for our 17th anniversary). I also had arranged a Fly Fishing trip, which a day or two later was cancelled because the Nell's adventure staff was closing for the season. They did arrange for a trip through another vendor. Lastly we paid half our expected stay upfront then a week prior to arrival I was expecting the remainder to be billed. I was, well shocked to find I had been double billed. The staff upgraded our room in effort to make it right. The room was very nice, extreamily comfortable and well kept. The location was great at the base of Aspen mountain, the grounds were very meticulously maintained and the staff extreamily attentive but not intrusive during out stay. Overall I would recommend the little Nell.

This is clearly the best hotel at Aspen. You will be pampered like never before. Their amenities are just awesome and the hospitality is impeccable. Though little expensive, the experience makes it totally worth it.

Finish snowboarding and get to your favorite hotel, eat at Ajax Tavern or Element 47, GREAT!

Absolutely fabulous! We participated in the chef's tasting menu with wine pairing. Went with my sister, husband, and brother in law. Very memorable evening.

Just book it! The best hotel in all of North America. From the moment you book (even before you get here) the customer service exceeds all expectations. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond to take care of every need. It s really the attention to detail that separates it from all the other great options in the area. Will come back every year!

Great place to grab a drink, sit by the fire, or have lunch. Also very nice rooms, and the best car service in town.

Five+ stars. The Little Nell truly is a home away from home. Everything is amazing, from the staff who will go out of their way to make you feel welcome, to the rooms which are cozy, comfortable and equipped with high end toiletries and a complimentary mini bar! The restaurants serve fantastic food both at breakfast and lunch/dinner. We want to go back again and again and again and again!

Our stay at the Little Nell was the best experience. Everyone you meet is wonderful, friendly and helpful. The rooms are great and the food is terrific. Best place to stay away from home. I have no plans to be back in Aspen this year, but wish I did! This place is the best.

Best customer service and attention to detail we've ever received. Our stay at the Nell was incredible. The staff were all amazing, incredibly thoughtful, and extremely helpful in every scenario. Everyone from Jonathan the GM to Emily, Jimmy, Ben were all on point our entire stay, and especially helpful at making sure my pregnant wife stayed perfectly comfortable.

Upon my arrival to the Little Nell, Christine, the front desk agent, was extremely kind and on point with our arrival process. As we entered our gorgeous room, Chef Kieth Theodore prepared us a meal that was unforgettable. The food and beverage team did a phenomenal job, not just with food delivery but also proper PPE protocol, which ensured our safety and made us feel that much more comfortable. Cannot wait to come back and have such a wonderful experience once again.
We stopped for lunch at Ajax Tavern. I just want to say, if you ever decide to go, ask for Hunter as your server. He was the absolute BEST.

The hotel staff were knowledgeable and friendly. Details were paid attention to before we arrived; including putting a toddler bed in the room for my 2 year old, with soft blankets, sheets, pillow and a stuffed fox. In the bathroom, there was a special wash mitt for a toddler along with bubble bath. The in-town complimentary shuttle was extremely helpful, and the staff were always friendly and on time. The housekeeping staff cleaned the room in great detail 2xs per day, and it was nice to have a soft carpet on the floor with a toddler. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The fresh hot apple cider between 3pm and 6pm was another bonus, but we didn't pick up on it until the end of our stay. The only slight downfall is on top of paying a premium room rate, was having to pay daily for parking in their garage, and an additional resort fee. The pool was a bit chilly, but the hot tub was just the right temperature. It was nice to have free non-alcoholic mini bar, however we are not soda drinkers, so it wasn't too big of a perk. Again, the staff knew how to handle guests; our favorites were Brandon, Kristin, Daniel, and Joseph. We really appreciated that most of the staff were able to greet us by name.
