University of Kentucky commencement 2019 was run like a well tuned watch. Beautiful ceremony from 10 am until noon. Weakest link was getting the traffic coordinated so those arriving for 2:00 commencenent stalled those leaving the 10am ceremony. Traffic control needs improvement. Other than that, Rupp is an outstanding and beautiful facility.

The Chris Young concert was Horrible. He stopped in the middle of songs, had a fake artist sing with him, and the band stood around like robots. I will not spend my hard-earned money on him again

Very nice arena for basketball games; however the parking situation is horrible, the last visit there I had my handicapped sticker in my window, went in through the handicapped drive, saw 2 empty handicapped parking spaces available & the parking attendant would NOT let us through to park!! Ended up having to park all they way on the other end of the parking lot!! My sister & I who walks with a cane, me with a bad back, had to walk from there to the Rupp Arena!! Needless to say, I was not very happy with this situation!!!

Rupp Arena is an amazing building. The downstairs area is beautifully sculpted and will put you into wow as soon as you walk inside. Walking into the court area will bring smiles, especially if your a CATS fan. The banners hanging mid court showing off the years of greatness from the Kentucky team.

Most uncomfortable arena I have ever been in. Saw the Eagles last summer and had to leave it must have been 100 degrees in there and we were packed in like sardines. If you have to attend an event my advice is pay extra a get good lower level seats. the hard benches are killer and unless your weight is 95 pounds you will have no room to move or breath. The place needs a major updating and overhaul.

Customer service was horrible. The worse venue I have ever been to. If your gonna see a artist pay the money for the seats. The benches are a free for all and a pain.

Update: decided to give the arena another shot, went to see Luke Combs. Stood in line for 30 minutes to find out they ran out of all drink ingredients. Not terrible, we decided to get beer and bourbon straight anyway, other people were not happy. Rupp only allows two drinks per person as well, again not terrible. But still took 30 minutes to get drinks, and we missed the start of the concert. We came back 30 minutes into the concert after a bathroom break to find out they shut down all drink services. I paid 80 bucks a ticket to find out I can t buy any more beer 30 minutes into a concert. I will refuse to attend anything here ever again.
