Have been a customer here for 15 years. My parents too for a way longer time. Staff are very friendly and sometimes they will offer you some snacks/drinks while waiting. They make you feel at home and are all very professional at their work.

Lensmen opticians are real professional and friendly. They do not hard sell and provide very practical and sound advise on prescription. We have been with them since 2013.
Excellent service! Both of my children did their spectacles here and the staff there were very patient and offered good advice. The after service was also great- with free nose pad replacements and ultrasonic cleaning. Highly recommended!

Service is beyond what I've experienced elsewhere. The team at The Lens Men go above & beyond to ensure their customers are happy. My first visit a few months ago to get new set of contact lens was with a surprise clean of my glasses which I didn't ask for nor expected - an added value service I've never experienced. Their check-in texts also comes in timely just as I'm about to be done with my packs of contact lens. Best optical store in SG so far!

The best optical shop one should not missed. Ever since I made my first pair of Laura Ashley s specs with them in 2016, I never walk into any other shop. The Lens Men not only provide professional service, the progressive lens specs they made for me won t cause me headache wearing it the whole day. Not many optical shops can do up a good pair of progressive lenses specs. I have since made 7 pairs of specs with them from 2016-2020.
10 years with The Lens Men with 3 pairs of prescription glasses and 1 pair of prescription sunglasses (and still counting), they are not just your friendly neighbourhood optometrist.
