Their funding has been cut. They no longer help people with juvenile domestic situations. Or custody, and visitations

I've had a case with them before. They are so good. They helped me with Job & Family Services because they weren't approving me on something that i really needed and legal aid got it for me. They are really nice and they do their jobs right.

Outstanding service. I had issues with Medicaid at franklin job and family services. Thru helped me out and got my case handled professionally . I thank them sincerely. . They really help people who need help and are financially poor

I seeked help here from an attorney, and she hasn't returned one of my phone calls, and it has been 2 weeks. She could at least tell me that they can't take my case. Very unprofessional. Life is all about convenience...

I have called this place about numerous different issues and they never can help with any of them. The intake line always gives me phone numbers to 2 different attorneys and states "Call them and see if they can help", I have called those numbers and never got an answered phone call or a returned call from the messages I left. What do you all actually do at legal aide so I won't waste my time calling in the future?

I think it depends on who you are...who they assign you ..and what the Assigned person feel about you..OVER THE PHONE...its like.."COME ON DOWN"...and the Confidence starts rolling..Once you get their...for whatever reason..it can be the "color"of your shoes..the lose interest "REAL QUICK"....It will be like they did me.."I will call on your behalf"....Spin around in their chair allow you to see them in the phone...A week go by..many calls and a message later..."HELLO ..IM JUST CALLING TO TELL YOU THEY FILED LEGAL ACTION YESTERDAY..OH...BY THE WAY ..I NEVER CALLED..I WAS BUSY!..BUT I WILL CALL THE ATTORNEY TOMORROW...

They were very understanding and courteous with my case. It was handled quickly and succinctly.

We told LASC the exact thing the ODJFS was doing to not give benefits to people and they got played by the ODJFS attorneys. LASC is a waste of a Law Office. You will not get any help from them. Can I give them 0 stars? They don t deserve the 1.

I currently have a case with attorneys through this location at legal aide which is on a guy who wrongfully repoed my vehicle and basically stole it and my money and they won my case and I actually dont have enough funds to hire actual family law ATTORNEY either on a very bad issue I'm dealing with my sons dad on hes doing careless things on visits and not doing what's best in the interests of my child however a lady on the intake side on the phone told me I wasnt indigent enough to have a ATTORNEY put on to help me and my son I'm like what hows that because if I got other attorneys on my car case at legal aid obviously I am indigent enough I felt as if she put me and my son off so rudely and wrong she just didnt even care enough to really ask me questions and hung up so here it is dealing with a bunch of stress me and my son because she claimed they wont help me UNREAL if had she took time to ask for Documents and hear me out I'd probably have the help we need by now SMH
