I'll be clear, I like Dr Shaw and I'm happy he is my doctor. He seems thorough, willing to discuss things, hasn't seemed to be rushing through the exam, and just in general I have confidence in him.

The office staff is a completely different story. I detest being referred to by my last name and even worse being called Mr. WESLEY (my first name) proper educate dictates being called MR. Spratt or Wesley Spratt. Being called to the check in desk by calling out "Spratt" is highly disrespectful.

I paid my balance today at said check in desk and paid it on time. No thank you, nothing. I walked away and said thank you and no response.... so I stopped and said it again and begrudgingly got a " you're welcome"

I'm sure my bp will be high today!

Dr. Benjamin Jones is a fantastic Cardiologist!! I'm so glad he's my doctor. They always take great care of me, and they love my style. They're always waiting to see what I have on. Sometimes that makes my day. It let's me know they remember me and know which patient I am.

I saw Dr. Ryan Wilson earlier this year and was thankful he found the 2 blockages in my heart . However he was not very empathetic to my symptoms from all of the medications I was suddenly put on. My hemoglobin ended up dropping so low I had to have a blood transfusion, body hurt all the time, dizziness and just an overall unwell feeling.
My job was willing to give me Short Term Disability until I felt better, but Dr. Wilson refused to fill out the paperwork. I ended up having to quit my job because all of the time I missed.. It was no use to complain to the Clinical Office Manager because all she did was make excuses for him. I will never go back because I feel like he didn't care how I felt, thought I was exaggerating and was stuck in his ways about the regiment I needed to be on. Listen to you patients!!

The front desk and staff is not organized and they need better management. Every appointment something is not right on my bill and constantly have to wait and the front desk is not friendly.
