Closing day experience was awesome mostly due to working with Jonathan directly. He seemed very humble and reasonable but to me some part his staff doesn't seem be very client oriented.

I have a bad experience with quality of service before and after closing. Closing was done last month and I had a couple issues working with them on closing formalities but I completely ignored those.
After the closing I sent out couple emails inquiring about home insurance payment (as my insurance company didnt receive it in time and I started to get reminder emails from them) and some HOA related debit in my closing statement but didnt get any response back. I will share this experience with my Realtor too who had recommended them and wont use this law firm for anything in future.

Great group of folks! Jonathan is very knowledgeable and was quick to help and get to the root of our issues. Was very much Worth the time spent there. His staff was great as well, and the decor in the this place is SO much better than any other law firm I've been in. Not that that's important, but it is nice!

Very unprofessional law office. As a realtor, I contacted the firm to use for two, same day closings. Empty promises, no returned phone calls, and two weeks of wasted time is what I ended up with. We moved on to a different attorney and got results in a timely manner.

This office worked on a our townhouse closing. The sellers chose this office and we just had them do our part of the paperwork as well. They were pretty responsive and helpful over email but acted like you bothered them if you called. I had to call twice with questions/concerns and both times they were rude and didn't seem to want to help. I felt as though I was bothering them although I was a paying customer. I would not use this office again. I wouldn't want to use an office that I dont feel comfortable calling and I dont feel wants to assist me.

I have no worries when folks close with JR's office. I have even called and asked questions on loans they are not closing and they are always willing to help.

Ignored and lied to consistently by Jonathan, do not recommend. Our property taxes were not collected at closing, which we understand mistakes happen and things will be missed. As soon as we realized, we contacted Jonathan & his team to resolve and dropped off the portion of the taxes we owed. After being promised the taxes will be paid and following up via email/phone more than 10-15 times, they still remain unpaid. Mistakes do happen but how you respond to the mistake, is where Jonathan has completely failed. As a result of Jonathan no longer responding to emails or phone calls, we've filed a claim with our title insurance and had to involve another attorney. Instead of Jonathan paying the taxes upfront and resolving the issue directly with sellers, he delays and ignores requests for updates. Save yourself the time/headache and use another closing attorney.

They forgot the send over the settlement statement until the morning of closing, and then acted bothered that the closing had to be delayed because I wasn't (within the three hour window afforded) able to obtain a cashiers check in time for closing. This is an excerpt from their email at noon for a 3pm closing the same day:

"All, I deeply apologize. I had this file marked on my spreadsheet that the settlement statements had been sent to all, and I cannot for the life of me find it in my sent box. Please see attached."

What bothered me more is that they didn't own up to this at all going forward from this point. Would not recommend given my experience.

Service leaves much to be desired. We had to wait a month for an appointment to be scheduled via email. Then we called. Someone promised to call back and never did. I would not recommend an office, stay away!!!!
