My granny was there and the staff made sure she was well taken care of. Her meals were just the way she liked them, the floors shined always, and the staff were friendly no matter where we walked. The administrator was polite and helpful. Therapy and social services met our needs while there and gave us a smooth transition home. We will be back!!!
My rehab stay after a severe illness was a very positive experience. The staff were very professional and caring. The encouragement I received made my return home sooner than expected!
This nursing home is the best around. It has no foul odor when you walk in, the staff is more than welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend this place for employment and your elderly.
I had a loved one there and their condition worsened. They became a fall risk and staff did not take that into consideration resulting in another fall that ended up with a head injury and hospitalization. Very disappointed.

My mom has been at the Laurels for 3 years. The staff are wonderful. I never worry about her safety. They take very good care of her. My sister and I have made so many friends with staff and residents.
The facility is clean and the staff is very compassionate with the residents. Will be amazing when the renovations are completed.
If you exstend you liviving here they wont work with you at all if they give you 10 days and dont have no where to go guess what they put u on thw streets like there doing to my mom it winter she has health issues so guess what dont bring your love ones her its not a good place to be
The outside world has no idea how hard it is to work in the health care system. They are working with patients that families don't have time to care for family members at home, because they still need to work. Or don't have the skills. needed for their care.
My mom was here after having back surgery and the rehab and care she received was wonderful! Highly recommended!!!
The management team, nurses, aids, and physical therapy staff couldn t have been any more caring and helpful from the moment I arrived.They made sure I had meals and snacks to my satisfaction. The nurses aids went over and beyond to make me feel at home. I could not have asked for any better treatment during my stay. There is no doubt I would choose this facility again for recovery and physical therapy if needed. I highly recommend them.
My mother was a guest in this facility when she was most fragile and not quite herself. Not only did she survive, but thanks to this amazing team, she has returned to baseline or even better!
People think that the information you hear in the public is gospel, but they don t think about how people stretch the truth or have the mindset of being owed something. Had I listened to nay-sayers instead of checking this place out for myself, mom may not be here with us.
