Love the atmosphere inside, feels welcoming and warming. Schedule reminders are helpful as well. All staff has been very pleasant to work with. I feel like part of the family there unlike my previous experience at another establishment where I just felt like a number.

The Laser Cafe is absolutely wonderful. The staff I've interacted with, namely Krystal and Bobbi, are always incredibly friendly, prompt, and accommodating. Super pleased with my results as well. The actual laser treatment itself is quick and made as painless as possible. Excited to continue going to them for all my laser hair removal needs.

I can barley put into words of how amazing the laser cafe is. I can t imagine getting my laser hair removal treatments anywhere else. I am currently doing my under arms and seen results after my first session. They make everyone feel so comfortable and welcomed. I started going to TLC a few months prior to the pandemic and even after they reopened, the staff has always been extremely friendly and accommodating. If you're one to forget that you have appointments, they stay on top of their appointment reminders! I have gotten my armpits done and saw some results after one session. I highly recommend this place if you plan on getting any hair lasered off!

First time getting laser treatment and it was great. James and front office staff were very courteous. Aubry my nurse explained everything and made this experience a pleasant one and look forward to my next appointment. Place was very clean and felt safe and comfortable, especially during these times.

They are so sweet, friendly and real. They have a really wonderful community they create by offering membership, it's 29 dollars monthly and unlocks all these cool treatments. Thai so just what I've been looking fro. I const myself low maintenance but u like to look clean and put together, so I do laser hair removal and I also enjoy getting micro rolling or a chemical peal. By doing this my day to day routine can stay super simple and quick. Honestly my fav part is the no pressure and no uncanny valley. The staff all looks naturally beautiful bc of smart choices instead of super fake kinda freaks me out. I'm so glad I found a place that isn't on either extreme of the beauty spectrum it's casual classy but not over the top.

This place has the best lasers! I have seen much better results for hair removal than I did another laser place. I plan to do all my treatments here from now on. Also, Krystal at the front desk is incredibly kind and helpful.

Laser Cafe Medical Spa

Getting laser is something I have been wanting to invest in for a while. I started my search with looking at the various places that offer laser around San Diego, reading reviews and comparing prices and I am so happy that I have found this place! They have amazing customer service and the overall feeling as soon as you walk into the spa feels like you are part of the family.

K-lyn is amazing, she was my nurse who did my consultation and treatment, so sweet and happy to answer any questions you have and does not rush you. As other reviewers have said, I too appreciate that your consolation is done by a nurse, and not by a sales person which is super important when you are gong in for medical treatment. There was no sales pitch at all and in my book that just won me over and I will continue to be brining my business here.

Amazing experience at laser cafe with price and personnel! Bought 6 sessions through Groupon for an amazing deal. I was so scared to do laser on my armpits because I ve heard it can be quite painful but the staff took complete care of me and I was in and out in a couple minutes without any pain or discomfort. Happy to recommend this place to others.

I recently started visiting the Laser Cafe. I am currently recieving treatments for multiple areas. I have had laser hair removal in the past from another company and let me tell you, the Laser Cafe suction capability on the laser helps out tremendously. I have had great results and there laser is not painful in the least bit. I highly recommend the Laser Cafe.

I came here as places were starting to open after COVID-19 precautions lifted and I couldn t be happier with the service or cleanliness. They ve thought of and prepared for everything, and the service was above what I ve received out of state at other laser hair removal locations. 100% recommend. Very professional, very friendly! I ve been a client for Brazilian & underarm for a few months now. I m currently in my 10th session (keep in mind... I m an extremely hairy person)& I see results! Although I m not hair-free as of right now, I have progressed from when I started. The staff here is also friendly and flexible, so that s a plus! We have the pleasure of working with many healthcare providers, clinics and medical spas. With this, we know that the cleanliness of a facility is one of the most important aspects of their service. I must say that SD Laser Cafe is one of the cleanest and professional medical spas that we visit. Kudos for having such a great facility!

Once you walk in to the door you will meet friendly and professional people. The environment is clean and open. My nurse that was assisting me was Kristenlyn. She was very nice,sweet, and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. I was scared of the pain. But she did not make me feel comfortable and explained that there was minimal of pain. During the procedure, I was comfortable and it barely hurt at all. At the end, I purchased more treatments by her.

I've had a great experience with the Laser Cafe! Their staff is friendly and professional. The spa is always kept very clean and I've had great results with their treatments.

My experience with Laser Cafe from day one has been excellent. I was assigned KLYN for my laser treatments. KLYN is personable, patient and has a good sense of humor. She took the time to explain the laser treatment process in detail and understood my goals for hair removal. My treatments have been painless and with some giggles at times (certain areas - TMI). The review is long overdue! I absolutely adore that place! I've been a patient for laser hair removal for over 8 years now and now come back for micro needling too as my age starting drawing it's map on my face. The staff is super professional, knowledgeable and laid back - no pushing! Their laser is the most gentle and efficient I ever experienced - no pain/irritation whatsoever. Always search for their specials their website as there is always something ;)

I ve been to other corporate laser places before expecting them to have the top knotch lasers but not only did their lasers HURT but their customer service was spotty at best... I ve been coming here for facial laser hair removal treatments. The facility is very clean and the customer service has been excellent. Hours are very convenient. I usually need a Saturday appointment and have not had any booking issues. Happy with my results and plan on getting more treatments for other areas. For reference, I m Asian with tan skin and black hair. Laser hair removal for upper lip was successful.

I love this place for laser hair removal! I noticed a difference after my first session. The experience is quick, easy and most importantly, painless! Had I known this, I would have done this years ago. I absolutely love having to shave much less often and would highly recommend them.

After just one treatment I noticed a HUGE reduction in hair. No more razor burn!! Just finished my second treatment. So easy and less than 10 minutes of my time. Klynn is amazing!

I completed three small area laser treatments(underarms) and have had a great experience. The staff explained everything to me about my treatment. The laser procedure itself was a quick process. Each time I had a quick experience and the laser was not painful. I could really see results after my first treatment. By the third one, my hair growth reduced drastically. The staff kept everything clean and everyone wore masks.

Great customer service/front desk staff. Both nurses I have had were so sweet and patient with me and all my questions. Make sure to get there a little early because parking can be a little tricky (although it is easier with COVID/less competition for parking). The front area has a spa vibe and the back rooms have somewhere between a medical vibe and a spa vibe. Things seem clean and the nurses I've had were really knowledgeable. So far I've had great results!

By now, I have been "around the block" when it comes to getting laser hair removal done from various places. Trust me when I say that the ladies at the Laser Cafe (receptionist, and the nurses who are doing the treatments) are the most inviting, warm and provide such a relaxing atmosphere. I did not feel any pain when I was getting the treatments done, which was a fairly large area (arms and legs) to small areas (under the chin). In comparison to other laser treatments, laser at Laser Cafe has been so quick, and pain free. Love it. I originally came in as a Groupon client back in 2014, but I have been going back since I've been back in San Diego in 2017. They are fantastic! Also, they have great monthly specials too so you know you're not missing out on future discounts. Oh and did I say how awesome the staff that work here are? :) Thank you Laser Cafe!

Such a great experience here. I started with my underarms and stomach and now get my Brazilian. Emily is amazing, great bedside manner, easy to be comfortable with and is fast and helps minimize any pain. It sucks to get a laser on your lady parts, but the results are so amazing that it s totally worth the quick 10 min process.

After much research I decided to try laser hair removal with TLC and I can say it is so worth it. Shaving is such a pain and you can never really get a smooth shave, but after multiple laser treatments it s nice to have less hair and not have to shave every other day. The TLC staff is nice, welcoming and experienced. Happy to give them a great review they deserve.
