Great hotel ... Wonderful service ... Clean and level ... I recommend

Loved the family suite, spacious beds, excellent room service. Rooms alway clean and beds made when we come back from Shopping and Sightseeing.

Connected to The mall via Hotel Lobby! Excellent, can connect to Mongkok MTR too!

Stayed here for 3 days on a visit to Hong Kong. Hotel is very comfortable and clean with very welcoming staff. The location is 3 minutes walk from Mong Kok subway station making it an ideal hotel to get about and see Hong Kong. Our room on 40th floor was luxurious and we also had the club bar and gym facilities close. Would highly recommend.

Stayed here multiple times and one word to describe is... great service... maybe 2 words :) but then it is a place to stay at HK to experience the local market and life. Luxury and homeliness combined. Swimming pool is awesome.

Just returned from a holiday in Hong Kong and decided to treat ourselves town executive club room. Very good executive lounge with nice snacks and drinks. Friendly staff who know how to strike a conversation.
The downside is that although the rooms were decent the bedding was somewhat soft and uneven.

On a regular lunch buffet, there are very surprises, there are raw food, other foods are good, and the price is reasonable.

Returned for a third visit. We stayed in a spacious suite. Great location with VERY friendly helpful staff. Club level access is really superb. Go here you won't be disappointed!

No breakfast and they charge you even for the coffee in your room. No plugs on one side of the bed.

I m at the Club Lounge Check in on the 36th floor...the staff "Amy" is very nice for me! The room on the 37th floor has a nice view...you can see the view of Victoria Harbour...beautiful and open! The rooms are comfortable and clean! Will come again !!

at these rates, i rather stay at The Langham HK. The club level is Huge, but also HUGELY crowded with families, something that is not the norm at TLHK. The MTR across the street around the corner is a BIG PLUS.

Very cordial and helpful staff, new hotel with big rooms, great extra services (a phone with international calls and internet included) take the room on the Club floor is worth.

Very good service and a really nice hotel. The floor supervisor Ken is really nice. Greeted us with love and made us feel comfortable with the place.

I would rate this hotel as 6 stars service. During crisis moment with Mungkut typhoon, all guests were supported for complimentary international buffers. All the shops and restaurants are closed at this moment. My family and I are very appreciated for the hotel s support and care as we don t expect anything at all. This is super surprise and kindness. Definitely come back here again and again.

It is possible to walk to the hotel without going out from Mong Kok. As there is room of triple bed, it is available. The rooms are spacious and modern.
There is also a supermarket and many dining rooms under Langham Place. When we go out from the hotel, it is full of towns with a feeling of downtown
There is a shower booth and a bathtub. Is it a fault that a shower is not a single lever?

Perfect location, 100m from metro, from airport bus, huge shopping mall across the street. Great rooms with phantastic view.Very quiet,but effective ac . Attractive price. Good,free WLAN.
Didn't have costly breakfast in the hotel, instead using the two excellent super-markets across the street.

It s expensive to pick up, fine D, but the location is good, in the downtown area. .

This hotel has great staff, clean updated rooms and the gym and roof top pool are a must go if you ever stay here. Located right next to the Langham Place mall you have everything you need without having to step outside!

Very nice room with good amenities. Extremely convenient location. Can literally walk to lots of attraction within 15 minutes. Don't worry about finding things to eat. Too many options. Will stay again for my next visit.

The upgraded family double room, the 37/f view is really not comparable
The staff, from the Check in, Spa reception, swimming pool, and even the room staff who came across the door, everyone was warm and courteous, and Feel smiled across the mask
The location is even higher, and it is located in the central area of Mong Kok, adjacent to Langham Place.

Our 9 night stay at the Cordis was incredible. We were travelling with a one year old and the hotel was perfect for us. The service is really thoughtful, all the staff went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The room was very spacious, the location was within walking distance of everything we needed. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A lovely hotel, a delightful staycation & a comfortable room and nights sleep. Beautiful art, & great night time views. Staff are friendly, helpful and attentive (particularly lovely gentlemen called Eric, who did everything he could to make our stay memorable and special)

Great view of Hong Kong from the 29th floor and has direct access via skybridge to Langham Place.

It's a good hotel right at the centre of busy district. Breakfast is excellent and I found staff very friendly and helpful. All in all enjoy my stay there.

Good service. A wide selection of food. Freshly juice made to order. If you make the breakfast buffet reservation using the Eatigo app, you are able to enjoy 50% off. The net price per head is HK$140 (US$18). It's value for money. I will definitely eat there again.

The room is very clean. The breakfast buffet was also very delicious.
The access from the station was also very good.
There was a free smartphone available in the room, and when I went out I took it out and used my own smartphone connected by tethering.

260 $ from the hotel to the airport. Airport Express is $ 100 one way, so taxis are convenient if you go with more than one person.
