Needed to get estate planning work done before our second kid was born. Mark was great at explaining all the documents he recommended based on our circumstances and worked around our busy schedules.
This attorney is well deserving of 5 stars. I contacted the Lacey Law Firm on a couple of incidents and both were handled in a timely, professional manner. Mark helped me on both cases and he did an outstanding job. I left Mark a voicemail describing my most recent situation and I was surprised to hear back from him only a couple hours later with a plan of action. Everything was taken care of the very next day. I wouldn't choose another law firm.

Mark and Ron walked me through the probate process in regards to my children, minor beneficiaries, receiving life insurance money from my grandmother's policy. This was a lot more difficult than originally anticipated and their help was invaluable. I heard different things from different people -- the representatives at the life insurance company, the financial advisor over my grandmother's estate, and the probate court clerk of St. Charles County all had different opinions on how this process works.
