In 25 years of leasing from building owners and property managers Christa is by far the worst person I have ever dealt with. I leased from Kutzer for 7 years and never missed a payment at the Walnut Hill Building. When it was time to renew the lease she asked if I was going to renew I said yes. I asked for new terms and she explained what the owners would be willing to do and I agreed. To my surprise within 24 hours of agreeing to their proposed terms (by email) she notified me they would NOT be renewing my lease. She gave me 30 days notice after 7 years! I asked for an extra 30 days because I was having a hard time finding a suitable replacement with such little notice. She declined then started eviction proceedings. She charged me $2000 in legal fees and kept my deposit. This company is horrible to deal with! ZERO customer service or just human decency skills. TENANT BEWARE.
