Would leave 0 if possible. My boyfriend got his car ONLY two months ago, and it stops running. When I contact the dealership they offer no form of apology and wouldn t even help us get it towed. When I then go to use my OWN tow from AAA to have it moved from Fort Knox while he s on active duty, they tell me not to bring it to them because it would be inconvenient to them because they can t work on the car. I m made to take it to another shop and when I ask if they will be reimbursing any of the cost to repair the car that was purchased, again, TWO MONTHS AGO and was offered NO help.

My girlfriend went to look at a 2014 Ford Focus. Sales people were nice of course and we informed the salesman we were wanting to finance and he was very cooperative. Even brought the sales manager over, who asked if we would like to go ahead and start the financing process that day. We decided to talk about it and come back, but she still wanted to have the financing ready so she did it online. Turns out the car was too old to be financed and after they explained that to her over the phone, they tried to turn around and talk her into buying a new Kia since her credit had already been pulled. Wouldn't have been as upset if this was an honest mistake, but you just played games with us and then expected us to come back and spend more money with no remorse? That just seemed shady... Anyways my girlfriend really stresses about her credit, so now I'm going to have to hear about it for the next week. Thank you Kia Store and guy who's name I think was George (sales manager)! Also, they told me it had just been serviced but it was low on radiator and washer fluid and was missing 2 tire stem caps, but I've never been one to trust a dealership garage.
P.S. Carnelle was the salesmen and I'd have to give a separate 4 stars there because he was super nice and not pushy but he did let his manager/company take me for a ride whether he was aware or not. Good luck to you if you see this Carnelle...
Absolute best place to do business!! My salesman Saint-Louis Dajaie was awesome. I told him what I wanted and on his first try he picked out the perfect car for me in my price range. I highly recommend him and the Kia Store Preston. I will use them again in the future.
I was interested in a lexus LS460L. Sammie responded fast to my needs about the car and was very honest about the condition of the car. He couldn't have been more transparent very honest person you have a Great Representative.
Both my wife and I have bought cars from this location in the last two months. Dylan helped us out both times. He was an amazing sales person through it all. I know I m a tough person to deal with and Dylan did wonderful answering all my questions and not showing on ounce of being annoyed. I would recommend a Kia to anyone. And this store is the embodiment of what a dealership should be. Go to this store and ask for Dylan if you want a great car buying experience.
Amber was absolutely AMAZING!!! I didn't feel pressured by any of the sales people. I got an AMAZING deal on a brand new Optima and top dollar from my trade that even had a little body damage. They showed me all my options , new versus used and various loan terms. I am thrilled about my choice to go with Kia as I'm usually a hardcore Chevy fan. Amber was sooo patient with me, answered ALL my questions and kept it real. They gained a lifetime customer here at Kia on Preston. Go see Amber and make sure you tell her I sent you!

Josmin (salesman) at Kia Louisville Kentucky (Preston) was awesome. He helped me with making sure my car was clean and well worth driving it off the lot. I had to wait to get the carnival due to the recall. One day we were suppose to have a hail storm, I asked him to put it inside of possible and he did and sent me a video. I probably texted him several times with a couple minor complaints and he helped me and took his time with anything I needed. He did not pressure me into anything and always answered my questions the best he could. If he did not know he found out for me. Great job and great salesman!!!
