Afternoon tea no atmosphere in the restaurant although the settings were great.sevices was second to none. I would say the cakes were trying too hard,just keep it simple and not gimmicky. A bit disappointed for the money but didn't spoil the day
Went here for afternoon tea and could not fault it. There was a lovely trio of hot starters followed by wonderfully presented cakes and sandwiches. Everything tasted devine and the tea was exquisite. Highly recommended!
++Very good location and service. - - Very small room: it's written 16 m2, but it looks like 10(. Just a step from the bed and you will meet the wall.
Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. Atmosphere and design are gorgeous).
Went here for cream tea. It was exactly what we needed. The food was wonderful and the service was great. As usual with an English cream tea we couldn t finish it all and walked home with a wonderful box of treasures for desert that evening!
Afternoon Tea at the Kensington Hotel was the best ever! Delicious appetizers to start followed by the traditional finger sandwiches, scones, and landmark design desserts. Staff was so accommodating! The drawing room was gorgeous! Celebrated with champaign too! A very special treat.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the lobby and the feel of the hotel. My room was a bit on the small side but was very cozy. The gym had all the latest equipment. Room service was delicious. My only complaint was I could hear the room next door very clearly in the middle of the night - walls were a bit thin. Would stay here again
5 stars all around! We had such a wonderful stay here and their management is second to none. Traveling with a 3 year old across Europe, we didn t feel the warmest of welcomes in many places we visited; but The Kensington went above and beyond to make us and our little man feel welcome. 1 month later, and nightly I m still reading the Space book he was gifted by the hotel. Once a upon a time in Kensington hotel a fairytale came true with a lovely afternoon tea experience trough the Beauty and the beast! - I will say a bit expensive (as everything in London) but it s worth it
I was visit during the "Tales as old as time" Afternoon tea promotion. I was wonderful and greatful, the taste also nice. If you love the Beauty and the beast, and Disney! Then you MUST go there. Please before visit, booking the date and time.
